Sturdy and heavy!

We had a basic idea of what we were looking for in a patio set, but the selection online didn't quite match what was in the store. We checked out a few before we sat at this set. Immediately what struck us was the color and the imitation woodgrain. Gives the table an organic feel even though it's all metal. We checked all the usual faults with the table: Corners? Nice and rounded and smooth. Not sharp at all. Table Legs? 2 large X's joined by a central beam for support. Even with the store model...

Paint peeled after warranty expired

Purchased April 2024 and this year (January 2026) noticed that the top of the table had splotches all over. Turns out the top coating was peeling off. Contacted Allen + Roth Lowes and they told me it was only a year warranty and there was nothing they could do about it. So now, we're stuck with it... looks aweful!

Incredibly Unacceptable

Poor rating is mainly for customer service but also for the condition of the table. The table was received damaged with scratches on the table top, and dents and scuffs on the sides. For such a huge company, the best the customer service told me that the best the supervisor (who didn’t want to speak to me) “could” do was give me 10% off. If $30 is the best you can do for a long time customer, then I no longer will purchase another item from here. To receive a brand new item that was paid at full...

Nice Table but different from display

I noticed the display table has rubber pads on the underside of the table to cut down on the sound of a large table made of metal. This is one of the reasons I chose this table. However, when I opened mine, I noticed it didn't have the rubber panels underneath. Does anyone else have this issue and if not why would they have a different display model then what you get?

Love this table.

The table looks really great! It's got to be wiped down since it doesn't have the holes like some patio tables but I love the change and it seems like it will last for a few years. It has a bar across the bottom and my umbrella stand was too tall to fit under there so I will have to buy another stand as I want to make sure my umbrella is secure enough.

gouge in top

I received the table and loved it but then noticed a spot that has a gouge in the top, unsure what to do. It was delivered to me and I had paid extra for it to be put together. Please contact me with regards to the issue.

There seems to be a problem with the manufacturer.

The top of the table was scratched. I was sent a replacement that was scratched in the same area. When I contacted customer service a second time I was told there was nothing more they could.

It’s a beautiful table with flat surface!

Had my eye on it for a while! Love it but one end has several scratches. Not sure if it happened when delivered and assembled? I was out of town and had friend here to accept!

Very nice table will build holding up great

The tables are not too heavy. Metal top and metal legs it’s very easy to clean. We’ve had it about a year now and we’ve had absolutely no problems no rush or anything like that.

High quality patio table

This table is a very solid product made with a light-weight steel frant and legs yet is fairly easily moved. The table top is also steel but is finished with a good looking wood grain pattern. Assembly of the table only took about 15 minutes, only tool required was one hex wrench which was even supplied by the manufacturer.
