Beautiful and easy to replace my old plastic switch plates. Updates my house easily and economically

The picture and color do not match on the website.

Lowes website picture shows the color in the antique brass even though the name indicates pewter. If they are out of antique brass nothing states it's out of stock. Returned the order. While this was disappointing, it was a first time experience, I will shop at lowes again.

These wall plates look great. I just wish they weren’t so expensive.

Looks good

Nice look. At $7-$13 a piece though, it can get costly to replace old plates with these in your whole house. Cost me $100 just to do my kitchen and a hallway, so I'm having to replace the outlet covers one room at a time. That's the only reason I didn't give it an "excellent" rating. If you are just replacing a handful of covers, then it's definitely an "excellent".

This is really heavy duty, it looks and feels great. I suspect it will last a long time!

The plates have a hefty feel to them and I expect that they will last for a long time. At the same time looking great. I will purchase more of this type of switch plate in the future. The plates came with extra long screws, making the plates easy to install.

Great look and feel, slightly oversized

These switch covers have a great look and feel. They are weighty and seem to be high quality. They are slightly larger than standard switch covers, which was great for us. The hole in our drywall for the electrical box is a little too big, so a standard size plate wouldn't cover it completely. These do.

My contractor was so impressed by these plates ... He thought I bought them at a vintage store ! They look beautiful and really complement the stainless steel elements in our new kitchen . New kitchen thanks to Storm Sandy ! We have replaced our new home with everything from Lowes and are very happy. Thanks !

Nice looking and heavy

These cover plates are attractive and heavy metal; however, the consumer must check each one for defects. I had to return some due to imperfections in the metal (spots, scratches in the finish, digs) that were noticeable to me. Otherwise, they are a heavy metal that will last.
