3 vanities, all broken on arrival.

Horrible quality

Horrible quality, after only two years of installation the vanity is spreads falling apart. The wood is cracking and getting water damaged from most likely the bathroom humidity. The engineered counter top always looks dirty because no matter how many times you clean the top it will immediately look yellow and dirty. Now I have to replace it after only two years of purchase. Horrible quality

Got one of the last two in stock. Got it home, unpackaged the vanity, checked it over and went to open the drawer only to have the screws and release/locking mechanism for the slides fall out onto the floor. I figured ok maybe They don’t come installed so I looked under and found all of holes for screws were stripped out and destroyed. Extremely Disappointed

My husband and I purchased this vanity after seeing it in store and falling in love with it. We ordered online and had it delivered by Lowes. I’m not even slightly interested in writing a biased boo hoo review first of all. This is legit what’s happening with this expensive but cheaply made vanity!!! This vanity is GARBAGE. Damage and incompatible faucet drain

We liked the vanity, the issues were: 1) The original vanity came damaged. The top was cracked in two places. Damage appeared to be due to insufficient structure on bottom of carton. It appeared that a fork lift was used to pick it up and the bottom of the container on which the cabinet sat "bowed" and the "bending" force caused the top to break. Beautiful BUT

This vanity is 200 pounds ( I had to hire movers) You will have redo all the caulk . They paint the caulk on thick and messy! Very important to know a normal drain including the one recommended for the sink does not fit!! I paid a plumber a lot of money to have him have to come back after I had to dish out 40 dollars on a special drain that lowes doesn’t sell! It def has places I need to touch up the paint . If it wasn’t so heavy , I would have returned it.

If I could give it a zero rating I would. Would never buy this brand of vanity and sink again. Beautiful sink - Terrible design!

Beautiful and fits perfect in our newly renovated bathroom! Very Heavy! However……..we found a full thickness crack after unboxing, and a chip in one of the corners. Still working with customer service to resolve. Installing plumbing was a nightmare! Your space to work was a small cubby I had to reach up into. Forget going from the front!
