We never got it. We got the run around on this purchase. We ordered it on July 11th and paid for this table and the matching four chairs. We also paid to have them put together and delivered. A delivery date was set up for July 19th, I believe. We were called before then and told it was marked wrong... something about the wrong truck...? They postponed our delivery until Sunday, July 28th, but then I was told they'd have to order the table and chairs, which was supposedly done on our purchase da...

Lowes cannot deliver

I found the table at Lowes in Waxahachie but it was out of stock. It was in stock on the website so I ordered it delivery date in 3 days. About 3 weeks later I got a call from Lowes in Forney. About 2 weeks after that it arrived. I inspected it, there was a split in the top so I did not accept delivery. Since then I have not heard from anyone; I should have been contacted. I am going to try to cancel for refund. Wish me luck.

UNBOX IT before you leave the store

In store its a great looking and feeling product. Took forever to ship it which i wont hold against lowes. Lowes was awesome for us. The product on the other hand not so much. Got the product home and started unboxing and start the issues. The sides and top of the meyal lip of the table already had scratches in the paint down to the metal. There were foot prints on the undrrsidw of the table, which i assume was from the factory because the box was sealed. The screws did not line up with the hole...

Not 100% Quality Craftsmanship

The table is sturdy and was not hard to put together. There are two gaps where the surface of the top does not meet the perimeter metal ring. I am concerned spilled beverages could get down in there. I did not want to pay a delivery fee so I got family help. I did not want to have to ask again to take it back. For the price I feel there should have been better craftsmanship. Chairs are nice and easy to assemble. Cushions are beautiful and waterproof.

Looks damaged

The table has a large crack along one of the panels. The table itself is supposed to look like slate with a normal irregular surface. However, it shows a large crack which looks like damage rather than a distressed surface. I tried to order a new table but was told that they are all coming out that way so there was no point in getting another one. I am having the whole set returned.

Twice bitten

Ordered the first set (table and 4 chairs) and returned the table which was damaged during shipping. I kept the chairs which also showed signs of minor damage, but I was (for some reason) willing to look past some blemishes. I ordered a second in-stock table and picked it up from my local Lowe's. Two weeks ago, I assembled the table and placed it on my deck. After two long rainy weeks, it's finally been nice enough to begin enjoying the table and chairs. Section on top of table broken.

A section of the front of the table appears to be cracked and patched together using a filler and painted over the filler to make it look better. I went back to the LOWES store where I purchased the table and the one on display has the same appearance as the one I purchased.

Inspect at time of delivery

At the time of delivery, the packaging of the table was obviously damaged. The delivery staff admitted the packaging was damaged and even stated the boxes "get dropped a lot." The table top was cracked in three places. Lowes promptly replaced the table the next day. Overall I am pleased with the table and look forward to using it. However, as former delivery manager, the first table should have never been delivered with such obvious damage to the packaging.

Metal on table bubbled and then chipped off

This table said it had a 3 year warranty and so when the metal started to bubble and chip off I called to get it replaced. I told them it was bubbling and chipping and then rusting , but because I said it was rusting they said it voids the warranty. It wouldn’t be rusting if it had not bubbled and chipped. Do not purchase

Good outdoor table

Well made table. The table surface is easy to clean and looks good. The overall table is a good weight and won’t blow over easily in a strong wind. Good size for my needs. Happy with my purchase.
