Kind of flimsy, but looks amazing once assembled

The installation assumes your studs are exactly 16 inches on center. Anything over or under that and it will not work. Also it assumes that the two studs you're attaching to are dead center in the closet. Otherwise it will be up to 8 inches off center, depending on stud locations. It also feels very flimsy, especially at the connection between the top half and the bottom half and the super short screws that attach the rod bases to the unit. That aside, the unit looks amazing once fully assembled...

Newest version is garbage

I’ve installed a number of these units in the past with very good results. Unfortunately, the last one I purchased (at a much higher price than 6 months ago) turned out to be junk. The entire thing aligned poorly, tightening up screw locks cracked the laminate and the drawer barely opens and closes and certainly won’t soft close. For a $400 product it’s a disappointment…I would not buy one of these again.

Horrible design as well as construction

Would not recommend. Most people see bad reviews and think the person installing was a slouch. This is not the case. Material grade is horrible as well as the means of securing the structure together. Nothing but problems during assembly as far as alignment and will not be installing into the closet. Bought thinking I’d get out of building my own closet system but turns out I will anyhow with a headache.

Out of the closet

We are overall pleased with the end result of our closet however the colours of the kits vary and we ended up with white and antique white mixed. It looks fine but slightly annoying and we wanted to purchase more shelves but sadly the order numbers online are wrong and no one has contacted us from Customer Service as promised ! So we will have to make our own. Overall we have a lovely closet now

Poorly Designed Mounting System

Mounting system requires studs in certain places, prohibiting positioning to your closet. Should have used a different mounting design, this was poorly thought out. Worst design system I have used yet. Accessories are a different color white and don't match. 1/10, don't recommend!!

Closet tower

I bought 2 of these and the first one went together well, the second however was a huge problem. This unit has to be assembled and the second one had all kinds of alignment issues and paint flaws. Should have returned it but I was too far into completing it.

Cheap and not worth the money

I found this in store and decided to get it for the closet. The delivery was late. Once I started to assemble the unit the screws/locks for the drawers broke with minimum force/effort. Later when I was installing the support for the rods, the supplied screws weren't long enough to hold the pieces in place. I shifted the unit before attaching it to the wall and literally more screws fell out. This is a worthless piece of garbage.

Arrived Damaged

We bought the same system previously and it was great. This time, this one arrived damaged. Ordered part. We were told we would have it in 3 - 5 days. We called at the end of May and today is June 9th. It still in transit and we might have it today. We started putting more of it together and found several other broken parts. We are not waiting another 2 weeks for more parts. We've been without a closet for 4 weeks. Taking it back, getting a refund, and going elsewhere to buy a closet sys...

Terrible design

I’ve done a few of these closet systems and know they are all frustrating. But this one took it to a new level. It expects that you have 16” studs - ours are 17”. And more frustrating— it assumes your studs are centered in the closet. Of course ours are not, and the telescoping poles don’t fit on one side. Simple to assemble and very functional

I read the other reviews stating how hard this was for them. I experienced no issues and I have a non-standard closet space. I will say that you need to be DIY skilled to handle this. You need to be able to read blueprints and be able to interpret them. The instructions are not great but they are ok. They leave some room for interpretation but if you are experienced in putting furniture together, this isn't hard. The tower must be installed on the wall so you need to be comfortable finding...
