It's ok, but I wouldn't buy

Easy to install, does not slide very freely. Didn't bother buying because Lowe's is discontinuing this entire line of closet organizers and accessories.

Easy to install, it took me about 15 minutes.

I bought this basket to add to my Allen Roth closet organizer that I installed earlier. It was very easy to install and much more room inside the basket than I thought it would have. Very sturdy, easy open and close.

Good addition to closet organizer

Good addition to the Alan and Roth closet organizer. Easy to attach and of a good size. Seems a bit overpriced for what it is and wish it came in other finishes, like bronze.

Disappointed

I ordered these baskets along with the full closet set despite seeing numerous older reviews that the hardware didn’t fit. Since CS had responded to the bad reviews I wrongly assumed that the issue had been addressed. The baskets we shipped with screws that are too small for the holes rendering the baskets unusable and leaving me with an entire empty section of my installed closet. I called A&R customer help as suggested in other reviews and their remedy is to return the items for a refund. This...

Wrong Screws

Unbelievable that they are selling a basket for their closet tower with the wrong sized screws to mount the rails to the tower. Interestingly, the drawers sold for this unit come with the correct sized screws. Rather than call customer service, and wait for screws to be shipped, I had to buy Hillman 880547 screw inserts from Lowes and #8-32 x 3/8" flat head machine screws to make it work (not available at Lowes). After all the trouble and additional expense, I wish I had just returned these.

Buy screws if you buy this

Bought the whole closet system. It comes with pre-drilled holes for additional drawers. This basket flat comes with the wrong size screws to attach to the tower. They look like #10. You'll need at least #12 3/4" wood screws, replace screws "CC" that come with them. If you do that, then the drawer works. Otherwise, the screws just slide into the pre-drilled holes.

Don’t fit the closet system

We have the closet system that these wire drawers are designed for. The system came with one pre-fab wooden drawer, but it doesn’t seem that those are available anymore so we decided to go with these. The rails were easy to install on both the wire drawer and the tower, however, it’s about a half inch too wide so the drawer does not slide in. I took all the rails off and will just use the wire drawers on the shelves for now, but it seems weird that the product was designed for this closet system...

Great product, WRONG SCREWS!!! Get parts below!

It works great, and it looks nice when you have the correct screws to install. As with CS replies with call customer support.... dont do that! They just tell you to exchange it at the store, which gives you the wrong screws again. Just like another reviewer said, get Hillman Wood Insert Nuts size 8-32 part number 880547 and Machine Bolts size 8-32x3/8in part number 491287. with these additional items, the installation is easy.

Love the customization of these closets!

I read a lot of reviews that said the holes don’t line up and unfortunately if you are running in to that issue it is because you are using the WRONG HOLES! :). The precut holes are perfect, my only issue is that the pictures on the instructions were tiny but I was able to figure it out anyways. I also wish the precut holes were also on the top half of the towers as well because I bought 4 baskets. I am considering drilling my own holes but TBD. I have included pictures of the correct holes sinc...

Looks Nice ...

It looks nice with the closet system, but the screws that come with it do not fit the mounting holes in the system. The screws are too SMALL and slide out of the holes. I will now have to go back to Lowes in the hope that I can find some screws that are a little bigger.
