Disappointed

We purchased 2 of these for a Jack and Jill bathroom and received them both on the same day. One box was in pristine condition while the other looked suspicious as it appeared to be taped up by someone not from the warehouse. We checked the box and everything was fine. When my installers arrived to haul the vanities into the bathroom they noticed that vanity in the perfect condition box had a fracture across the entire top. Twice burned

First time the top was chipped, which given the packing is inconceivable unless it was damaged when it was boxed up. The second time the top was fine but the underneath part (see photo) and inside of the base were a disaster, again impossible unless it was damaged when it was boxed up. This is clearly a supplier problem and there won't be a third time for us.

The first one that came in was damaged and had to be reordered, the 2nd one that came in was also damaged, and unfortunately for me I accepted because we thought the damage was minimal, unfortunately again after installation we could not get the doors to square up and not drag. I am sorry we ever purchased this vanity.

Arrived in pieces

Advice is to check to be sure the item is in one piece before leaving the store. We arrived home to install and it was broken. Lowe's happily took the return and reordered. The replacement arrived and was broken as well. It's really too bad! It was a nice vanity.

Great Bathroom Vanity

Very well made. The item was shipped to the store in very good packaging. The countertop is amazing.
