Comfortable, attractive and versatile

I recently purchased 5 of the conversation chairs and 1 corner piece of this set and love it. The cushions are almost gray, not very tan but they are comfortable and you can reversible. Opening the boxes was the hardest part of putting the pieces together, seriously I don't know what kind of glue they used on those boxes. Defective "Napoleon" Back Cushions

I recently received (July 5th) 3 Slipper Chairs and 1 Corner Wedge of this set and all of my BACK CUSHIONS (6) are short (width-wise from the top of cushion) and tapered (from top of cushion down to the bottom) causing large gaps between furniture and cushions, see photos. sectional purchase

I love the way the sectional has different pieces to find a perfect fit for your space. I bought 2 of the pictured chairs, one corner with an arm & the 3 person piece.. The only thing I have found that I didn't like is that the cushions get extremely hot mid day because it's in a full sun spot, and I will need to use a beach towel if I sit there during that time of day. Altadena Sectional, Beauty & Comfort

Love this item! I bought it to go with the other pieces of the set I previously bought. The sectional is very comfortable! The seating is deep, the pillow cushions are firm. Hopefully they will keep firm for days to come. The one this I don’t particularly care for is the color of the cushions in which are tan. I saw a couple other stand alone chairs with the cushions in navy blue, which is the color I would have loved for this set. Otherwise, there is nothing I would change.

Love it but afraid it won’t last long

I love this furniture set and it fits the spot on my deck perfectly. We had a few problems in the beginning with the corner piece and chairs being damaged. The metal frame one one of the chairs was bent, looks like it happened during shipping, and the wicker on the corner piece was broken, which appears to be due to the way they package it. Sticky wicker

We purchased the pieces for a curved sectional, 1 curved and 3 slipper chairs to fit our space. All pieces but 1 are great; easy to put together, sturdy,comfortable tan/taupe greige color. BUT, one chair wicker seat is tacky sticky all over. I left it out of the box for a day thinking that might help. Nope. So off to the store for replacement. Hope this is a random issue.....

Comforable and sturdy

We received the chair within days of ordering online from our local store. The chair was in great condition, easy to assemble and appears quite sturdy. The only issue we have seen is that water drains very slowly from the seat cushion after a heavy rain if left on the frame, but will quickly drain if the cushion is removed and rested against the chair in a vertical position for a few minutes.

Great sectional!

I bought 3 pieces and I love it. It was packaged good. The product is sturdy and was easy to put together. The cushions are thick and comfortable. I shopped around a lot before settling on this one and I’m glad I did!

Base Missing

My chairs arrived yesterday and were easy assembly. However, one of the chairs did not have the metal base in the box. Who do I need to contact to have the part shipped???

Great chair

This chair is made well and looks great. The picture of the cushions says tan but they look gray and are quite comfortable.
