I left a brief review already but I am extremely disgusted. I purchased 4 of these in Oct 2024. Installed them outside the following summer. 3 of the 4 swings purchased assembled fine. the 4th one stripped out at the bottom and was unable to fix. Lowes replaced that one. Once installed at the first use. 2 of the swings back fell of having 2 couples I had over falling on the ground and luckily not get hurt. I was able to self fix those and I even took extra steps to reinforce instead of go th...

Missing Parts

The package came with two F parts and therefore missing part E. I called Lowes and they said not parts were available. I could take it back apart, box it back up, and return it. Horrible customer service on this product.

Great Swing

I love the arm rest! The chains being located on the sides and not the arm rest makes this chair a winner. We painted ours with an opaque wood stain. The chains were also not long enough for our application, but the quality of the chains, bolts and carabiners were better than expected! My only complaint is the back is a bit short. Would have been more comfortable if it was a bit taller. We also reinforced the chair in a couple of areas because they were a bit weak.

Online purchase

Upon delivery, it was noted that the box appeared to have been a return from another customer, so I was careful to keep box in tact when opening. Of course, the back part of the swing was broken. I’m wondering if the “Deals of the Day” are returned items from stores. I was very disheartened as I was really looking forward to have a pretty swing on my front porch. Will be returning to a local store.

Love my Swing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I did the survey for this VoxBox I got so excited! I yelled when I got it, I didn't even know that I would be receiving it. Anyways, the set-up was really easy, basic tools is all you really need, however, it is heavy, so it's better if it's done between 2 people or one strong one!!!! The chains are super long! Dangerous Do not buy!!

Bought this to swing with our new baby. As I was putting it together the base that you sit on came completely unattached from the cross bar on the back. Where it attaches to the front is also coming apart and VERY loose. One look will tell you that it was not glued properly. I thank god my wife just out of surgery did not sit on this swing and fall with our newborn.

Shipping is not ontime

Shipping stated that it would be here on a certain day……of course it’s late. The tracking SUCKS. All it will say is that it has shipped. No detailed tracking info available and Lowe’s is absolutely NO HELP.

This is the most beautiful swing!

Im thankful i was chosen to put this swing together and that i was chosen to receive it....it was fun and easy to put together. Came wiith all the hardware. .Took about a hour to put together... smelled like fresh cedarwood.. we hungi it on our porch. I would say it's a good project for beginners . It's a beautiful addition to our home. I love relaxing in the swing and reading.... just a peaceful addition!!!...

Item arrived damaged

Box was previously opened and barely taped back together. The wood bench was poking through a 3 inch square hole in the edge of the box.
