Puzzle pieces don't fit.

My dudes, I would love to love this chair, but clearly no one subscribed to the "measure twice cut once" school of thought. First off, like many other comments, the seat cushion is way too big for the size of the seat, hanging over about 2 inches. One inch, fine. Two? It looks stupid. Second, the arms are too high for the cut of the back of the chair, which means the back can't be fully installed to meet the seat bottom, which means the fabric flap that should be tucked and velcroed to create a ...

Poor quality.

This is going back. I could live with the seat overhang in the front, but the left arm is loose so the chair wobbles side to side. I can hear loose parts bouncing around inside the chair. The arc in the top of the back is uneven - the left side is 1" lower than the right (34.5" left, 36" center, 35.5" right). The legs angle inward, so I can see them bending when sitting in it and hear crunching noises (I'm 6'3", 190LB).

It's okay. One little hiccup.

It's comfortable, nice looking, and reasonably priced. It was in-stock for fast pick-up. It required assembly - attaching the back to the base. That's okay, I'm good at that stuff, What wasn't so good was this: The back fabric had to be attached to the base - as it "draped" down the back of the chair. The fabric was just dangling. Fortunately, we had some good, 1-inch Velcro on a roll, and the "repair" was not too difficult.

Nice, especially considering the price

I bought for a bedroom, so it will get relatively low usage. The chair is perfect for that. Nice material. Legs easy to join to the chair. I had problems getting the back to slide down onto its brackets, and affixing the turn bolts. Not big issues. I would buy again. Order fulfilment time was excellent, about 24 hours from ordering to delivery.

Check in the box!

The big thing is it is not cream, it is gray, and says so on the box. I asked what color are they, and I was told they must be cream! I bought them on clearance so can’t bring them back. So have to make them work.

I've only had this chair a couple hours. The color cream color is not nearly as light as the picture shows which I really like that it's darker. Quality looks great! I love it! Will probably purchase another one as soon I figure out my furniture arrangement in my Family Room.

I like these chairs

I liked that I was able to put them together myself, delivery was timely, they are comfortable and firm to sit on with good back support. The 2 reasons that I didn't give a 5 rating are 1) they color is more gray beige 2) the cushions stick out beyond the seat.

they have a smell like gasoline

I ordered 4 one had loose parts took it back have 3 left hopefully the smell goes away but Im getting realy anoyed of the stinky smell and let me tell u is the chair for sure maybe the materias its made with disappointing dont buy them

So easy to put together and looks so good!! We bought this for our sitting room which works perfectly. Not sure I would use for everyday use. Its solid furniture just feel like the fabric could easily wear with kids and everyday wear and tear. Still love it though and glad we purchased.

Chair

I love how firm the chair is. It is more gray than cream. But the odor of the chair is horrible. When I brought the box inside I thought maybe just the box but the chair smells so bad like a mixture of gas/oil smell.
