0/5 STARS!! Product arrived DAMAGED! The counters were cracked and wood frame was broken, after waiting two weeks to receive it. customer service was horrible and offered nothing to help, there weren't any exchange options and there was nothing done to rectify receiving a damaged product.
Lowes difficult
My wife purchased this product from Lowes online. While we liked the looks of the vanity there was definately some hiccups along the way. When my contractor and I uncrated the vanity we noticed a crack on the top. I went to our local Lowes store to let them know of the defect and to order a replacement. Pros: solid wood, quiet smooth door/drawer closures, adjustable height each leg, good design Cons: very heavy, one hour to unpack (ie., well-packed and protected), top attached has 4 wood blocks glued to unit but one came off when trying to lift off top and set it aside; ended up w/3 pieces (top, unit, backsplash), ALL extremely heavy. We paid $1,194.61 for this vanity. We just came through an extensive bathroom renovation prompted by a leak in a wall. We decided to replace some cabinetry that had been in that room for decades and was just starting to show wear. Poor Quality
This was kept in the box until I was ready to install. There looks like there is water damage on a trim piece on the right side and little chips in the vanity top. Draws do not open early at all. I changed the hardware to match my decor and what should have been an easy chore was very difficult because the original hardware was put in on angles rather than straight. I had no choice but to use this vanity as I could not wait for a different one to be delivered.

Falling apart after one day
I got this vanity for our new shower renovation. We finally got it installed, and it looks great. BUT! There are 8 drawers, they don’t close perfectly, and they keep getting out of track. Horrible Customer Service
Item was received damaged. Back splash was broken in pieces, the sink top was cracked, the sink bowl came detached. They tried offering me a 5% discount to keep the item. 5%!!! what a joke. The customer service rep was rude stating "all I can offer you is my apology"... I'm out a day's worth of contractor pay. Lowe's has SCREWED up more than half of my orders for my home remodeling project. DO NOT RECOMMEND LOWE's OR THIS ITEM!
