We bought two of these and were very happy with the first one. It had no issues, looked great, shades were balanced and installed easily. The second one not so much. One shade had a significant flaw and one end shade arm was misaligned. We considered returning it but could turn the flaw away not to be seen. The misaligned arm we were able to bend back in to place. I should have taken the time to open and inspect but being a new unopened box felt I shouldn’t have to.

Don't be surprised to have massive headaches when you try to install this fixture. Here in America, we use standard hardware sizes, NOT METRIC!, You cannot install a metric screw in an American existing electrical box! The mounting hardware does not easily adjust to the box, as the screws for mounting to the box have a head on them, and align exactly with the screw holes in the electrical box. Need electrical box to properly mount fixture.
the globes had electrical rating sticker on the inside that were hard to remove and get the residue off. The metal was extremely thin and if you try to mount it with no box behind it, the installation goes from 30 minutes to over an hour.

Not Brushed Nickel - only Satin
The item number for brushed nickel & satin nickel are NOT the same - but both item number lights are SATIN nickel NOT BRUSHED. I bought the satin light at the store by mistake (Item #321702, Model #37257). Since it was the wrong finish - I returned it to the store. They only had SATIN in stock.
