Oven Vents Hot Air Out the Front?!?!
I have had my 30 inch gas range for a few weeks now and I'm so disapointed with it I could cry. Acutally I have cried. It is beautiful and the stove top is great, but the oven is terrible! There is a cooling fan that comes on after a few minutes of the oven being on and it blows hot air out the front of the oven. No Service- Do Not Buy
Z line products look great, but that’s where it ends. My range has been replaced or broken three times in five years. Compounding this problem is that Z line does not have authorized service providers in the eastern part of Pennsylvania. Therefore, unforced to try to repair myself or replaced with a new stove. Do not buy unless you’re comfortable repairing once a year on your own.

There are very few reviews about this stove that really tell you anything about it. First this is a good stove. We have the gas version that has been converted to propane. It’s beautiful, solid, quality and up off the floor so you can clean under it. Bakes evenly. Not sure why some reviewers say it takes a long time to heat up...15-20 minutes is pretty standard rack rolling mechanism is a dream and the light is very bright. Poor Quality
I have had the 30-inch gas range and oven model for about three years. The oven won't heat, and the gas ignitor appears to not function. Moreover, the oven has had a carbon monoxide recall that has not been repaired despite trying for a year. The company says that we shouldn't use the stove until it's repaired because it is dangerous. I would avoid buying Zline products.

I bought an RA30 Dual Fuel. My recommendation is to DON'T EVER buy a ZLine. They are beautiful but our oven doesn't work. The repairman just told us that's how it's designed. I was just told that after 45 years of baking I now have to adjust all my recipes to accommodate the inefficiencies of this oven. It takes 25 minutes plus to preheat. You have to add a thermometer to your oven and get on your hands and knees with a flashlight to check the temperature. It fluctuates 50 degrees during the bak...

ZLINE -poor customer service, dangerous oven
ZLINE has recalled this expensive stove due to carbon monoxide being released when using the oven. According to their "customer service" which is very poor, they have thousands to repair and no plan in place to handle the installation of the new part. Great looking oven but questionable quality.
The product looks great. The craftsmanship seems to be solid but two months into owning this product, I can not attest to its functionality. Initially it functioned normal but a month after delivery, we received a recall notice from ZLine advising not to use the oven. So much for enjoying the new appliance.
