Delivered a non functional washer

Washer was delivered with a functional defect. It would not agitate or spin. I discovered that the belt motor/belt had cut through its plastic guard. That portion of the guard dropped off and the belt disengaged.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a total of three washers and shortly after we started using them there would be issues, we then would have a maintenance person come and fix - eventually 2 of the 3 we were told the parts were now UNAVAILABLE, so we had to replace. the other is still working - we did have lots of problems trying to setup for appointments

Good Machine (except for control board)

My review would have been 5-stars except for the fact a sensor on the control board recently failed and the entire board needed to be replaced because the sensor is embedded on the board.

I highly recommend this product to anybody who’s looking for a commercial watcher.

Whirlpool Commercial Top-Load Washer, Coin slide
