Beautiful Dryer. Efficient drying.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer works better than my last one.....dries much better, looks beautiful, seems built well. I would have preferred to have the filter on the top like my last one rather than by the door but everything seems to be working well...has a good feel, like a machine well built. The only thing that hasn't been evaluated is the test of time. Hopefully Whirlpool has taken this into consideration as well.

Delivery Snafu

Lowe’s only offered Thursdays for delivery of my dryer. Gave me a 4-hr window the day prior. Asked for a 30-minute arroval notice. Got a 10-min notice. Couldnt make it in time. They had already left. Said they couldnt deliver it at the end of their delivery route. I was home the rest of the delivery window. Said they had to take dryer all the way back (50 miles) to a neighboring Lowe’s and re-try on another thursday. Terrible. Canceled order. Happy to pay more at a competitor for better service....

Difficult to Purchase

The 2 washers are fine people like the machine. Only negative, the lack of customer service made it to incredibly difficult to purchase them. The transaction was online and telephone. Your staff could not answer questions, put me on hold indefinitely, over and over again. I'm still waiting to speak with the manager but was disconnected all three times that I made the request.

Better lint trap

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dryer has been installed for one week. No complaints so far. I like the lint trap much better. Seems well made. Installed cleanly. My last dryer lasted 39 years. Let's see how long this one goes. I very much doubt I'll last another 30 years. I just hope this one out lasts me.

Excellent Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased two Whirlpool dryers a few months ago for commercial use and our client absolutely love them! They are coin operated and perform extremely well. We will continue to purchase Whirlpool products in the future as we have in the past as they are the best!!!

Good value for price!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall very happy with this purchase. The only downside is that I was limited on the amount I could charge due to the coin slots. Otherwise tenants say they are easy to use and work great!

Nice Dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only had this dryer for a week, but so far so good. Only thing I wish it would have supplied would be DIRECTIONS on how to change how long the dry time could be. I like my senior residents to have a little more dry time for their buck.

Dryer doesn't work

Dryer eats quarter & doesn't work, even though I purchased it 7 months ago. Whirlpool only warranties service for 6 months, which should tell you how they view their own products. I'm disappointed. I will have to contact an appliance repair company. I believe other Whirlpool products may be good, but this one's clearly not.

Good quality, for the price
