As far as getting clothes washed, this washer does a good job. However, the quality of parts is sub-par. We have had the washer for less than two years and have already had it serviced twice. The second time the electronic controller went faulty, causing the washer to constantly drain. The price to replace that is more than we bought for the washer. Whirlpool is suppose to be a great quality brand, but this isn’t a good look for them. Next time will look at other vendors.

This is a replacement washing machine for our previous and very similar model. This particular variation has an agitator. They tend to last IF the machines are not loaded to maximum capacity and they are run through the cleaning cycle once per month. These machines do an excellent job of cleaning clothes. The suspension design is the fail point and the machine will happily destroy itself if not addressed immediately. Drains out the back and have never had any leak issues.

We’ve had this washer for a little over 2 years. Right around the 2 year mark it started giving us problems. Constantly have to adjust the load you have in it or completely unplug and reset. But at times that doesn’t even help. I would not recommend this product to anyone.
