Defective Design; won't wash fitted sheets

We bought this washing machine in July 2020 because the brand came highly recommended. For most washing it does an acceptable job. However, as has been mentioned in several other posts on this string, it is completely unsatisfactory for washing fitted sheets. Happy Feet Washer Disappointment

I like others purchased this washer back in 2020 and it's never really lived up to the hype. I'm currently on replacing the balance springs twice and at this point ready to move on to a new one and possibly a new brand. This thing has danced all in my laundry room so much that my wall needs a paint. We have placed the clothes in as instructed but still here we are. Not much for a design built for convenience and advanced technology. I gave it 2 stars because it has lasted this long.

NOT Built to Last

This washer has been nothing but a pain to deal with. About a year ago the motherboard went out and we had a repair tech come out and attempt that fix. After the back-ordered part came in weeks later he was able to get it back up and running. Now the washer squeals during the spin cycle. Awful! Don’t waste your money on this junk!

If there was a 0 rating this is what it would get. I have had problems with this machine since day 1. It doesn’t spin my clothes out. Most of the time it will say the cycle is finished when it hasn’t even done anything. Plus I never could get it to connect to the app for updates. DO NOT USE FOR FITTED BED SHEETS!

Do not buy this washing machine if you are going to wash fitted bed sheets. We purchased this new in 2020. Every time we wash our fitted double or queen sized bed sheets, the machine wads the sheets up into a ball and causes a severe unbalanced load during the spin cycle. It shuts down and requires us to open the lid and rebalance the load then restart in an attempt to finish. Terrible purchase

I bought this washer a little over a year ago. It doesn't get anything clean. My dark clothes come out with white spots (like detergent didn't get rinsed), but I use clear liquid detergent. I have to us the 'max fill' water option on every load and it still doesn't come out. It is also the loudest machine I have ever heard. I had a repair person come out to check it because there HAD to be something wrong with it. He said it was working as it should. AVOID buying this machine. It's awful...
