Terrible Fridge and Freezer

Too many issues to write out. I'll try to hit the most important ones. Everything freezes in the fridge on the top four shelves. If it's more than 50% full of food expect your eggs, milk, etc. to freeze. The shelves aren't able to be adjusted. So frustrating. The water and ice maker leak and it constantly drips, no drip tray available. Where the water comes out turns black, possibly mold. I have to continuously clean it out due to the leaking. WATER and ICE dispenser ARE HORRIBLE. Ice behind water. Most my cups are larger so you have to hold at a weird angle to get ice, some ALWAYS makes it to floor. So easy to hit water instead of ice and then it ends up making a mess. NOT GREAT FOR FAMILY WITH KIDS. supposed to be able to put drinks in the door but they DO NOT stay cold, even when temp is LOW. freezer can NOT fit a frozen pizza.

Too Loud

The refrigerator looks good. Works fine so far. Does a consistent job cooling and maintaining temperature. But all of this comes at a cost. This refrigerator is noisy when the compressor starts. A combination of a hum with plastic vibrating against something....somewhere. It sounds like an outdoor central heat and air unit running in your kitchen. Or an airplane? I haven't decided. Beautiful refrigerator

I bought this during the Memorial Weekend sale. Beautiful refrigerator for a great price! The gentlemen that delivered the refrigerator were very polite and did a great job getting the refrigerator into the house without any damage.

Less than 4 years old……

I bought this refrigerator in August of 2022. The first few years this appliance worked like it was supposed to. Come December 2025/ January 2026, we have nothing but problems with the back of the freezer completely freezing up, to the point it affects the cooling in the one side. We defrosted and deep cleaned coils ( which are located on the bottom/ floor) twice before we called on the warranty to have them come look and fix it this past March. We bought this refrigerator about a week ago to replace a Kenmore Elite. Unfortunately, the refrigerator has been a huge disappointment. When it was delivered it wasn't leveled and moved every time the door was opened. They sent someone to level it which should have been done when delivered. Ice maker stopped working

I bought this to upgrade my 20+ year old fridge. Less than two years after purchase the ice maker stopped working and the ice holder has cracked. Very disappointed

Do not buy, the ice maker broke after just over 30 days old! Lowe's won't touch it. I have to call the manufacture ....and what a pain in the but that is. I've been on hold for hours waiting for assistance and nothing yet. Too bad the return date has passed or this piece of unusable trash would be returned. Lowe's why do you sell such junk??????? Refrigerator…. Right sized @ the right time.

This smaller sized, side by side, refrigerator is exactly what we needed to fit in our older kitchen. Otherwise, a sizable modification of cabinetry would have been necessary

poor communication and delivery coordination

I ask them to deliver after 2:30 PM the randomly sep up time when I was in church. Lowes disturbed my church services due to poor service
