[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an excellent and very attractive microwave. My only complaint is that there's no easy way to pause microwave activity and then restart. If I want to stir a dish, I have to either cancel or open the door while it's working. I'm a little afraid of doing that, and would prefer to be able to pause the cooking process, then open the door. Otherwise, my wife and I are very satisfied with the function of this device.

Poor design - Whirlpool you can do better
I bought this microwave (model WMH32519) because it closely matched many of the features I liked on my old Whirlpool OTR microwave which finally died after 22 years of fault-free operation. What I discovered (after installation because there was no way to know prior to installation) was that the stovetop light is dim and positioned so far back that it lights the back wall but that's not where the light is needed. Who decided that the sounds it makes were a good choice needs to rethink their choices, its not a toy its an appliance. Would've been nice to have a height adjustable rack. My old microwave the auto-sense for Popcorn made the "perfect" bag of popcorn, this new one has burned every bag so far, so now i have to stand in front of it and wait for it to stop popping before cancelling the timer.

Poor warranty service

What is disappointing is the service for repair under warranty. Scheduled visit was 11 days out from requested. Out for 10 minutes, says does not have parts, has to order. 9 days later they say the parts are in. earliest appointment is 10 days out. Not happy that service is so bad.
