Great cost and time saver

We bought this hose, so we wouldn’t need to use the small propane bottles and have to change them frequently. This also precludes propane running out during the cooking of a meal, and you not knowing it for a while, delaying dinner time. It is much more convenient to have the grill connected to a large propane tank.

I bought the “Lemon”

My 5 month old grill would no longer heat past 325 degrees. I called customer support. They told me that the problem was the adapter hose. So I paid approx 50.00 for adapter hose. Works until it doesn’t

I purchased one of these years ago to save the hassle of disposable propane cylinders. When it worked, it was great. While on a multi-state road trip, the nylon bushing inside the couple cracked which rendered the hose useless. I replaced it, then just over a year ago that one failed after only a few years of use. 1lb to 20 lb tank with hose

Works great with our Weber Traveler and large propane tank.

Not good

As other people have reported, this product failed after one week of usage. The plastic gasket snapped into pieces. My suggestion is to rethink the design. I purchased another brand as I was traveling and I’m stuck with a useless adapter hose. Not a happy customer :(

Gas leaking from hose connection to tank

Bought an adapter hose to fit on 20 gallon propane tank. Going on vacation 9/21 had grill and propane tank turned off. Went to disconnect at the tank (green handle) and propane came spewing out, all over my hand and arm. I ended up with burns from the propane fuel on my hand. Poor design, Weber should send free replacement

I found the same problem after two years of great use the gasket. The white gasket had deteriorated, and I don’t know if we can be replace it. The grill is unusable now whoever they designed it so you have to buy a $45 hose kit after gasket brakes poor design on Weber

Not working for me!

I bought this to use with a new Weber Q grill, after discovering that generic hoses such as this one do not appear to be compatible any longer. Neither is this on. I've only got it to work twice, yet using a 1 lb tank with the grill works just fine. A waste of money.

Safety first!

This is an exact replacement for an identical 12-year-old Weber Adapter Hose I purchased in 2011 for use with our Weber "Q" grill to use a large tank, saving the cost of buying so many individual propane canisters.
