This cover doesn't fit the Q3200. Or rather, it only fits if you leave the collapsible table up, taking up unnecessary patio space. What's the point of that? Just as bad, the fabric of the cover is not great, and there's no handle on top. Needs to fit with side tables DOWN!
The whole point of buying this style grill was to maximize space. I have a small deck. If I have to keep the side tables up during storage, it defeats the entire purpose of buying a compact grill. If I use the cover as intended, my grill blocks my view of my yard. If I collapse the side tables, the cover is a sloppy eyesore. Either way, I don’t like the view. On the Q grill cover the quality is great. Size wise too big. I think it assumes that a person leaves the side tables in the horizontal position. I generally leave the side tables in the vertical or down position. Therefore, it is too bulky for me. The bottom velcro tie down strap is a great idea. Why did Weber DISCONTINUE the Grill Cover #6553?
I own a Weber Q Series 320 Gas Grill and the Weber BBQ Cover cracked over the winter. I wanted to replace it with the same Grill Cover #6553 which fits the Q320 and Q3200 (side tables collapsed) perfectly! Weber decided to DISCONTINUE it and is recommending the Grill Cover #7112 which is ridiculously HUGE, flimsy, held with huge velcro tape strips, and is more $$$. High quality, limited fit
The quality of the material, like all Weber grill covers, is durable and resilient. The fit - as noted elsewhere, is not accommodating if the side tables are folded down as they would probably be, after use. Unlike some of the other reviewers reacting to this limitation, I found a relatively satisfactory work around, and that is to conn ct one left-side Velcro strap to one right-side Velcro strap across the front. Great Cover!!!
I've owned the Q2400 Electric Grill for 4 years and I purchased the cover when I purchased the grill. It has held up very well over time and is resistant to rain, snow, and the sun. The only problem with it over the years is that the velcro straps have broken on some of the fasteners. Because of the consistent cleaning (after every use) and covering (daily), my grill is in excellent condition. The cover is worth the price to protect my Weber Q2400. I highly recommend this product!!!

PLEASE make the old version for carts w/folded arm
Same complaint as everyone else. Our old grill cover wore out, so I purchased a new one. This one is ginormous and the smaller one is too small. Grr. WHY did you discontinue the old one that fits a Q with the arms folded down? It was PERFECT! I ended up going with a generic cover from a brand called Classic Accessories that fits better than this one. I really just wanted to replace the one I had that was worn out with the exact same one because it looked nice and now I'm left with a baggy cover....

A stupidly designed cover
I want to add my negative review to the many others who complain that this cover is designed to be used with the side tables up. Side tables up! Maybe the side tables should be designed so that they cannot be lowered! What do you think the lowered side tables are for? Why did I not buy a large Weber grill. Disappointed
So disappointed that Weber dropped the previous Q3000 grill cover. The geometry of my deck is such that there is no room for the "wings" except in their down position. I bought the Q grill for it's compact design and loved the way previous covers fit perfectly, nice and neat. Now I get to look out at a sad looking grill in it's slumping suit, a la Charlie Chaplin. Can't wait to see it in the rain. I'll get lots of comments, I'm sure. PEOPLE, WHAT WERE YOU THINKING?!!
