I love this paint! I covered a wall that had satin paint and wooden pieces glued to it (so a lot of brush painting was needed). I didn’t sand the wall and one coat was all that was needed. Excellent coverage and it looks great.

The valspar paint is our ‘Go-to’ choice when it comes to paint. We recently had our dream home built and moved in about 6 months ago. The majority of our interior walls were white. My wife wanted to make both our TV room and her pride and joy designed ‘powder-room’ more ‘rich’. This was her choice of paint and now these rooms look amazing! Ultra Silver dust flat
The perfect very light soft greyish blue color. Did for the kitchen then loved it decided to carry through to the living room. It does look white going in but once you finish the second coat..... beautiful.
One coat covered everything we needed!

Wow. I'm incredibly annoyed and disappointed to be writing this review but if you read any of the poor reviews, please read this one. I bought my home 4 years ago and the ONLY paint ive used to for the entire home, is valspar signature. I once tried a same of another brand sold at the conpetitor of lowes and it didn't compare. Great color, but…
The paint color turned out beautifully, true to the color on the sample strip. We have always used Valspar and it has been a quality product. However we are disappointed this time. The paint is incredibly thick. It will load easily on the roller, but doesnt spread easily in the walls. The coverage is good, we had a few places that needed touched up. This is where we are disappointed. After drying, when the light hits the walls at certain angles, you can see every roller mark or touched up area. ...

Never again Valspar
I will NEVER buy Valspar again after this room is painted. I am now on coat 3!! Coverage is awful, very thin, and very runny. I am highly disappointed and irritated that this small room is costing well over $100 just in paint. Spend the extra couple of dollars for a better quality paint.
