These are great blocks but be very careful of Lowe’s in Grandville, MI. Because if you order these they will charge you for them, and she. You pick them up the associate will give you the smaller less expensive version BUT still charge you for the correct ordered product.

Delivered Wrong Pavers…took a HOURS to correct

Product was fine, but Lowe’s delivered wrong pavers at first. I called the store and they picked up wrong items fairly soon. They would not schedule correct items or refund money. Took me several phone calls to local store, just to get a live person and they said someone would call me back. After 2 days, I finally called the 1-800 number, which took several trys to get a live agent who then called the store to clarify. What a nightmare on customer service.

Great Customer Service!

Two pallets of pavers were delivered and placed exactly where I requested, which made the project much easier from the start. Although the driver was running a little behind schedule, the communication throughout the process was outstanding. Lowes is a total failure

I waited 3 weeks for the delivery. I was told I would receive compensation for having to wait, but I had to wait till my order was delivered. So I waited, and waited. First i ordered with London, ky and they canceled delivery many times, so I canceled the order and ordered with danville, ky lowes. Danville lowes delivered the wrong products. recommend the product but not the delivery

I'm a double amputee who lives on a very steep piece of land. The 2 delivery guys rolled up in a car and tossed the blocks into the yard on the hill. Not on the flat street. Not at the top of the driveway as I requested. I had to drive down on my car and toss 29 concrete blocks into the backseat while trying to balance standing on a very steep incline. "Get Delivery" - Absolutely Horrible Experience

Apparently Lowes has jumped on the "3rd Party" delivery bandwagon which unfortunately resulted in my worst experience ever as a regular Lowes customer. I expect the same customer service from the start of purchase to product in-hand and Lowes is forfeiting "last mile" responsibility and handing it to a company that does not care about the store, the product, or the customer. I received 4 blocks of a different color!

I ordered 10 blocks in color Sandhill 4.0-in H x 11.2-in L x 6.0-in D Flagstone Sand hill Concrete Retaining wall block. Those were loaded onto my vehicle and I did not see them until I got home. Imagine my surprise when I started downloading them and 4 out of 10 were a different color (reddish with charcoal streaks). Very Bad Bulk Pickup Logistics

I ordered 70 of these pavers a day before I needed them. When I went to pick up the order (which had other things) I was instructed to go around the side of the building near the landscaping area to wait for someone to come assist me and my cousin (who came from out of town to help me with my project).
