Overall good but strap-brackets slightly malformed
I'm rating this as a 4 - the bracket that mounts to the wall is good, but the strap-brackets that attach the wooden handrail to the wall-mounted main bracket are not formed correctly. You can make them work, but you have to use some force to get the strap-bracket to lay flat against the bottom of the handrail. Went to pick up the item. Used the check in option from my email. The clerk said they had already been picked up but we did not pick them up. A young lady checked and could not find the items ordered to pick up. She could not get them from any other store even though other stores showed as having them. I don't understand why I had no problem placing the order. 11 brackets showed available at the Asheboro store. Got there and didn't have my order and only had 2 in stock. Horrible experience.
