The composite railing kit provides a sturdy, safe railing for your deck with a complimentary cocktail rail to provide a flat surface for drinks, planters, and more. The Transcend® Railing Collection with Cocktail Rail includes 1 Composite Post Sleeve, 1 Composite Post Skirt; 2 Transcend Universal Top/Bottom Rails; 1 Transcend Baluster Pack; 1 Transcend Accessory Infill Kit, and one square-edge Transcend Deck Board for the cocktail rail. Transcend Railing Collection is designed for one (1) 6-ft railing section. Additional Composite Post Sleeves and Composite Post Skirt are needed on the end post. Assembly required.
