Weather Resistant

I bought the Trex boards for a project of my wife’s ! We got the Trex because they are a composite board (not real wood) and do not rot when exposed to the weather ! They are not supposed to fade and hold their shape ! These are the top of the cinder block table we made ! Would recommend to anyone !!

Customer Service Unable

I had these delivered over 2 weeks ago. The delivery was a disaster and the boards are filthy. It looks like they were at the bottom of a very wet pile of other products, dripping oil on the surface. I have contacted Lowes and advised them that the product did not arrive to me as promised. I am fairly certain that with effort and expense, once installed I can have them professionally cleaned. Not happy

I gave explicit instructions to put the delivery off the right side of the driveway. Those were ignored and they put it IN the driveway on the RIGHT side. Hard to describe how mad I am. My last 4 orders from Lowes....THREE of them were screwed up. The ONLY reason you got 4 stars is because I am very satisfied with the material and the price.

Trex

I just got this, it's only been installed for less than a week, but it looks beautiful and I can't wait until it's all done and we can use our patio again. I know I won't have to worry about warping, splintering or wood rot or fading. and I think it's stain resistant too! Boards cup

We added a screen porch to our home and chose Trex for the flooring as we wanted durability and longevity. The product was easy to cut and install, but unfortunately it cups and hold water in the middle of the boards when we have rain that blows into the porch. Almost half of the trex decking was either gouged/ Scratched unusable or broken and unusable !! I don't know if this was the fault of lowe's storage or it came like that from Trex! I will never order this from lowe's again. Not only that, but the pallet that was delivered to me Had all kinds of pebbles and gravel in between the boards scratching them even worse !!!!!! Perfect Baseboard for Barndos!

Since I have a (finished) concrete floor in my Metal House, I cannot use regular wood trim due to the moisture issues. But PVC trim is super expensive and too boring for my Old World aesthetic. So I found these composite deck boards to use instead, to give my home a more upscale and expensive look, at a much lower cost. I'll be using a Dewalt 7 1/4 inch cordless miter saw, and Diablo blades for cutting.

Poor service

The material was not ready nor pulled by staff for pick up. I paid drivers and movers to move the merchandise. I ended up paying an extra $175 because your people were not ready as usual. I have experienced poor service from the Easton store more than once. I don’t think I will ever return to that store again due to poor customer service.
