I’m on my third bag. Wheel bearings only lasted 6 months. Needs better bearings. Pockets are too small in my opinion. I carry a lot of tools. My bag weighs upwards of 75 lbs. sometimes more when loaded with parts. Bag can seemingly handle it. My first bag suffered total catastrophic failure. One thing! I travel a lot with this box and I know one day the airport handlers will destroy the handle or wheel as they have done to other brands in the past. Make no mistake, this is a high-quality, well-built rolling tool bag. I would give it 5/5 stars, but there are a few things about it that knock it down to 4/5 stars for me. Almost perfect

This is an excellent rolling tool bag. Lots of options(though who ever has enough). Good quality. I love the large opening. Fantastic! It also has straps to hold it open while working. I wanted the bigger version(mine is 22" wide) but it looks like they are often if not permanently out of stock. Handle and wheels excellent. Lots of pockets inside and out. One major improvement needed is that the flat part of the lid needs to be hard and supported so that it can handle weight without damaging it...

This is a 4-month update to my review posted on 1/10/22. It would be nice if we could comment on existing reviews to provide long-term updates, but the Lowe's website seems to have disabled that feature for regular users for some reason. Value for money!

I like the size and durability of this tool bag and it looks so rad. The only downside is when you roll it inside quiet places which I always do. This thing is real noisy which kinda makes me worried because I work at hospitals.

Tight profile and tons of internal storage

My 20-in bag threw a zipper so I had to pick something up before the next trip. This bag was a slight downsize in space but it definitely makes up for it in organization. I traverse narrow mechanical rooms and having a slightly more narrow bag was a benefit this last trip. The options for attachments on the front allowed for quick deployment and roll-out of each location.
