How do you replace the batteries in Wet Jet?

I've scoured the internet trying to figure out how to replace the batteries in my Wet Jet. Every video shows a button that is easy to press to reveal the batteries. My model has no such button, so I can't even figure out where the batteries are, let alone replace them. What a piece of junk.

Only worked a few times

Loved it while it worked. I got it for a gift at Christmas and have only used it 4-5 times as I have an older model that I am still using. I went to use it and it won't spray. No sound at all. Batteries are good and bottle of cleaner is 3/4 full. No sound at all which leads me to believe it is a mtor problem which I am finding out that is common with this model.

Wet mop pads smell vomitous

Over a week ago, I had visitors, it was a rainy day and there was mud and grass on my wooden parkay floor. After they left, I got out my Swiffer kit to get a dry mop cover, use my usual floor cleaner but found a sealed pack of “wet jet wood floor mop pad”. I thought, “Oh great – I’ll use this!”. Lost faith in buying another Swiffer

Extremely disappointed in the Swiffer wet jet. I used my wet jet maybe 15 times in normal conditions and it just stopped working. I replaced the batteries with new ones (made sure they were working). Plus I cleaned the spray nozzles, verified that the pad was on correctly and made sure the solution was full and inserted properly. Works well initially

I've gone through two Swiffer® WetJet™ Mops in just one year. They work pretty well while they last, but the quality of the spray head really needs improvement—both of mine stopped spraying after a while. Also, the handle discolors and leaves black marks on my hand every time I use it.
