Go slow in one direction and it will work fine.

After a few minutes of figuring the best way to hold the attachment it worked quite well. What I don't like is you can only go one direction or it will roll on you.

The importance of testing

Absolutely worthless. The design is unworkable. Rather than having wheels around the perimeter, it has a brush. That brush catches on the first irregularity it encounters and flips the device up. I tried pulling it and it flips the device the other way. It might work on marble but certainly not on any decking material or outdoor, broomed concrete. Defiantly got my patio HOWEVER

I ordered a Sunjoe electric pressure washer along w/ this attachment a week or so ago & I was finally able to put both to use today (3/20/21) on a couple small retaining walls as well as a 12' x 20', broom finished, kidney shaped concrete patio. Not Weighted Enough and Sprays Tiny Swirls

This "brush" and rotating sprayer wand is far far too light to clean concrete or anything at all. I tried to clean my sidewalk of mold and mildew with it. When you push down on it, the brush gets stuck on the concrete and won't move. If you raise it slightly off the concrete, all it does is draw little circles on the concrete. Amazing difference with this attachment

I power washed my old wooden deck (built around 1984) that hadn’t been properly cleaned in about three years. As you can see from the before and after photos, the before shows it after I power washed it with just the wand. The after shows the result of using this attachment. This thing is a piece of junk!

I originally purchased this Surface Cleaner for my SJ SPX3200 Go Anywhere 2030PSI thinking that it would work well with the same brand. Boy was I wrong. Not only does this thing use a proprietary wand it is made of cheap plastic that kicks up in the back when you’re pushing it forward. Small Jobs

A few things come to mind. The attachment works well with the electric SunJoe pw I have. It is good for small jobs. I cleaned a small exposed gravel patio and it did a pretty good job. Perhaps not as well as a high pressure washer would have done but satisfactory. Finally, the one major complaint I have is that the wand isn’t long enough. Great Value & Performance

The Sun Joe Surface, Deck & Patio Cleaning Attachment for SPX pressure washer came at a great price, was easy to assemble and cleans very effectively. However, I did not rate it as "Excellent" because it does not draw soap from the washer. All it does is scrub with water jets. If you need soap you must first use the soap jet attachment and spray the surface to be cleaned then put the cleaning attachment back on. For large jobs you will have to do this multiple times.
