One year warranty is bogus

Sunjoe Power Washer - used twice last summer (2023) then when we got it out in January (2024) the motor would not start. The company provided reset instructions which we performed but it still did not work. They offered a replacement but we no longer need it as we are moving from a house to an apartment. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT. On the second PW after the original one that I purchased did not work when trying to PW my daughter home during the summer of 2022. They replaced it under the warranty but I did not try to use it this year until just recently and I am experiencing the same issue with this one as I did the original one except my warranty expired. Love that you can put the car wash soap in one of the containers and foam it onto the car. Then change the nozzle to power wash the soap off. Comes with 5 interchangeable nozzles. Defective intake and rude customer service

Wife bought me this same model directly from the manufacturer. They sent me a pressure washer that had been damaged in shipment where the water intake port cracked off. The picture clearly shows it is made of some plastic or composite material that cracked off. Even if it had not broken in shipment, which I'm happy that it did because it drew my attention to the poor design, it will most certainly break over time with a hose pulling on it.
