Purchased Waterline Dining Table and it arrived with one of the table boards cracked. Due to the weight and logistics with delivery (rent trailer) I called hoping I could request a replacement but these boards are not a replacement part. This set of six outdoor swivel style dining chairs by Waterline rate well above my expectations for the quality of the build and the materials used. Poor quality. Worse customer service

Frankly, you should take your money elsewhere and not support these companies. The table was missing the hardware. And by the looks of the table, that's because it was previously purchased, assembled, and returned. So I went to Lowe's, found the exact hardware, and explained the situation. Awful

Purchased this table in March and we have used it a handful of times. The wood panels are now warped which has created a bowing effect- it dips in the middle. The table is practically unusable now because items such as plates cannot lay flat, and other items roll to the middle of the table. Surely this item was meant to last more than 6 months? I have reached out to Lowe's customer service in hopes for a resolution, but have not gotten one yet. Will update if the problem is resolved.

Mixed review due to bad quality control

This would have been a five star, but there were some quality control issues found during assembly. There are tabs on the rocker bar to make sure you attach them with the proper side facing the front, which I thought was great on the first chair I assembled. However, the matching brackets on the chair are poorly centered and welded to the chair frame, and 1 was even the wrong bracket meant for the left side of the chair, but installed on the right. Great chairs but some have some assembly issues

If I had not received some chairs that had issues with assembly because of quality control issues, I would have given these a five star rating. I like the fabric, the neutral color, the swivel and rocking features. They are very comfortable and let you relax without actually reclining. My only issue was that the quality control for the attachment of the base caused me to have to do some grinding and prying with a crowbar and hammering the base into place so it could be screwed down. Excellent, sturdy chairs

We have been using these Waterline Charcoal Grey swivel rocking chairs for a couple weeks now. Assembly was straightforward, though I would suggest either having a large clamp or another adult around for some portions. A socket wrench was also helpful. Once assembled, they are sturdy. The set was packaged great. All 6 chairs n bases in one big box. My only issue was that 3 if the chairs were a real fight to get the bar in and screws to line up. The metal part under the chairs was so bent. Took screwdrivers, mallet , and a pair of pliers to get it to fit in. We ordered this table from the Loveland store & had to wait to get it. Then I got an email stating that our order was moved to the Erie store & would be delayed. Then yet another email saying the order was going to be delayed AGAIN.
