Poor quality - impossible to assemble
We did self pickup at the store, the package was damaged but they had put in some sort of metal frame for protection so the box content was not damaged. All pieces were there, so that's good. The welding quality is rather poor, lot's of wholes, most of them on the bottom sides of the various pieces, but one of them on the top side of the arm rest of one of the chairs (see picture). Assembly took a couple of hours. Love the set, gray wicker look with beige cushions. It’s very comfortable. HOWEVER, its made of metal. We’ve had the set on our new concrere covered patio only 2 weeks. We’ve had two rain storms in which cushions were inside the house. Laat night (6-17-21) another Torrential rain storm. Beautiful but tasking
We fell in love with this patio set in the actual store. Lowes did not have in stock and I had to wait almost 2 months for the store to have it in stock. But we’re happy that it arrived in less than 2 weeks from being in stock. Once the package was opened we noticed one of the cushions already came dirty, the instructions were not the greatest and it has too many different bolts and nails for different areas. Really good 4 piece option
We searched everywhere online and in store over the course of weeks. We really wanted a couch with 2 chairs but the oricea kept getting higher. We didnt want a loveseat set because those always end up being too small. We found this one amd even drove out of town to get it because of the teviews and price. Quality
I love this set. It was packaged super well with an in-the-box protective frame that is only there to make sure the set wasn't dented. That's a good manufacturer. The pieces are well constructed, parts line up well, and it's super heavy/durable. I had extra bolts and all of my pieces were there. Comes with a ratchet in the box to put it together & has all you need to get the job done. Nice but flimsy, uncomfortable cushions
This set is very nice and would have received a 5 star review if it were not for the flimsy cushions in the sofa. The chair cushions are a bit better. Very uncomfortable to sit on and back cushions slip down. Tried to replace cushions at Lowes but those available separately were 24” and too bug. These are 22”. We could not try the furniture in the store as it was not allowed due to Covid. Had we been able to try, we would not have purchased.
Amazing set!
We found this in stock at our local Lowes after looking forever for something under 1k with a couch. The assembly was very straight forward and went together easy. Its solid metal and the cushions are surprisingly comfy. High quality and great price. Can’t wait to host our friends for a bbq. Recommend A+!
Comfortable chairs but terrible table
The chairs and couch are comfortable but the table is not level and has one leg shorter than the other so it constantly wobbles. Also, other have said this as well, be sure to use the correct screws as there are no extras provided and some are shorter than others.

Product arrived in one big box, packaged very carefully, and in perfect condition! Very easy to assemble. So many sets were available with loveseats only for the same price or more, but we were adamant about getting a sofa instead of a loveseat. Very happy with the purchase.

Patio furniture was hard to put together. I did it by myself and it took me forever just to put one chair together. Patio furniture is study and well worth the issues putting it together. I can’t wait to use it next summer.
