First of all, I did a ton of research on patio conversational sets..from the cheapest sets that looked terrible all the way to sets that cost $5000 plus. I really wanted a sofa instead of a loveseat, which many cheaper conversational sets come with by default. For the price and quality, I think this set is one of the best bangs for your buck. Poorly constructed
Delivery time took longer than stated so it arrived a few days late. When we took it out of the box, the parts looked good initially. I was disappointed with the instructions though. They weren’t thorough with the steps and not all of the parts were labeled. Chairs were easy to put together so no problem there. Got to the sofa and right off the bat the holes doesn’t line up. We had to enlarge the holes. The bolts were miscounted so we had less of one set while having more of another set of bolts...
Beware: Your butt might be on the floor in 2 years
When I saw this set in Lowe's, I thought it was perfect; the cushions were fairly comfortable. One day my son sat down on the sofa and he fell through. Upon removing the cushions, I discovered that all of the metal slats on both the sofa and the chairs were broken. The chairs are seldom used but the sofa gets daily use. I phoned Lowe's and was told there is only a one year warranty. They offered to sell me replacement parts, but it is cheaper to purchase a brand new set. Since the furniture I re...
I purchased this set a year ago and within 6 months the cushions are terrible. It’s in a screened covered patio and seldom used but you can hardly sit on the cushions without feeling the metal underneath. Fabric is also scratchy and wrinkled where you sit.
Damaged when arrived
When freight carrier delivered the box it was all torn up and parts hanging out.. I refused delivery and took pictures of the condition of the box. This is awful and would no take a chance everything was there and in good conditions as you could see parts were broken. These pictures were taken while still on the truck.

Great comfort and style for the price. The quality of the frames is nicer than anticipated. We expect that the cushions won't hold up as long as on some of the other more expensive sets, but again, for the price, we are pleasantly surprised by how comfortable and stylish this set is.

Sturdy
We have been very pleased with this furniture set. It is sturdy and we have used it a lot in the past few weeks. Assembly wasn't too bad, but it did take few hours by myself. It would be easier and faster with two people. The only complaint was with the shipping company that promised it on a certain date and didn't deliver for a week later without any communication or update. We live in a rural state though, so we are used to it. Great product!

Not safe materials
Bought in January of 2024 , looked nice once together. Yesterday , April 7th I notice that one of my chairs from the sun has a burn in the cushion. This can not be safe.

After waiting two weeks for delivery, we received the item and the box was nearly destroyed and there were damaged items. I guess that is the risk one takes when ordering online. After contacting customer service we were notified that the item was a direct ship from manufacturer.

Can only Use Two of the Four Pieces
Product appears sturdy and looks nice in the pictures. Because of shipping damage our sofa is gashed, so not assembled, waiting for customer service response. And we are unable to assemble one of the rockers due to a quality control issue. The screw holes do not line up on each piece, so no way to attach one side. So we have one rocker and a table on our porch. And as mentioned, we called and submitted a email to customer service, waiting for help.......
