Incorrect parts
Received the bench from an Online order for a Father’s Day gift and one of the Long Eye Bolts is missing about an inch of length compared to the other. Didn’t discover it till the very last step. Called the number on the manual and they do not provide any extra parts, rather, they suggested I disassemble it, rebox it and physically return it to the nearest Lowe’s. Terrible customer service and quality control/product.
Important information missing from package
Overall, this is a good swing for the price point. My issue is with the lack of important information on the package and the website description. I bought materials I didn't need to be sure I had enough chain to hang the swing. This information should be included: 1. Pre-assembled Y-chains are included. 2. Overall length of chain, without the included carabiners is 86" from top to eye bolts. 3. Each carabiner adds approximately 3" to the length of the chain. 4. Assembled length from top of c...

picture very misleading
we got this for my wife for mother's day. while FedEx was unloading it. I asked him if he needed a hand he chuckled and said no it don't even weigh 50 lbs. the picture looks like it is made out of 2x4 and high quality wood. it is made out of 1x¾ boards at the best.

it's not waterproof or water resistant
its under a porch so it barely gets wet but this rain lately it got a little more wet than usual and is molding. gonna try and scrub it down and seal it with some Thompson water seal

Nice swing for the cost.
The porch swing was delivered in good condition. Assembly is not complicated, and the instructions are easy enough to follow. I modified the swing with a heavier link chain although the chain provided is adequate. I plan to paint or stain the wood to help preserve the wood color and longetivity.

I love this swing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This swing is incredible! It is solid and so easy to hang, I love the color of the wood and although you can stain it I decided to keep it the color it came. The swing is so comfortable and I like sitting on my front porch reading while my kids play outside, the kids lobe the bench too and they're 6 and 9 so I'm glad it's as durable as it is!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so tickled to have recieved this beautiful swing! My husband (a custom wood worker) made a few comments about the type of wood used to make this, and further let me know that it will require a wood varnish, since it is for the outdoors. Overall, I am pleased! My only complaint is no assembly instructions came with this; however it is pretty simple to figure out! Can't wait to put varnish on this and enjoy summer evenings on our swing!
