Fairly comfortable chair, you get what you pay for

For the price of the 2 chair set it's basically you get what you pay for. The cushions are thicker than was expected, but the seat is a little short depth wise. So someone with long legs might feel cramped, and it's slightly narrow also. I think for the most part is was an ok chair for the price. Only complaints I have is their packaging. Nice Chairs but Finish Chipping Off

I ordered these chairs and table for my wife as a present. We just finished assembling them. The chairs were received with some finish either chipped of flaked off, plus there were a few scratches on the arms from the shipping process and how they were packed. Assembly was straightforward; however, a bit of a challenge because some of the pre-drilled holes would not align. Despite these items, my wife finds the chairs comfortable. Lowe’s store service was most disappointing.

Product showed as multiple units available, so I ordered 2 items and paid for them on line. Received confirmation of order, notification items were ready for pick up. Very happy to this point. Then, I was notified items were picked up (I did not get them) and then a credit to my credit card was issued as the items were out of stock. Now I have an incomplete set and no idea if the items will be brought back into inventory ever again. Very disappointing!!!

Bad Luck!!!!

The swivel chairs had rust along both arms. Only about three inches long but not good. The four chairs all have a very bent leg. It’s all the same leg cuz the box had been damaged. It must of gotten hit in that particular corner. The worst part is I can’t get anyone at Lowes to stop passing the buck and deal with the problem. Too small

Although these chairs were okay, they were definitely $100 chairs. You get what you pay for. I returned them because they were not comfortable. If you are a petite person, they might be perfect for you. But I'm a normal size woman, normal weight - the space from the back of the chair to the front did not allow enough distance for my behind to comfortably sit in it. Minimal setup work. Very nice swivel chairs.

As were the side chairs, the 2 swivel chairs came in their own box and were well packaged and protected. Only 4 screws have to be attached at the base of each chair and they give you the screws and the tool to tighten them. The pole under the chair easily slides into the base and when I lifted the chair to move it outside the bottom did not fall off. Bad experience

Too bad I ordered delivery and paid extra to assemble and the table was left loose and I was missing a cushion from a chair the delivery man said they would send it to me call and they tell me no oh and waiting for a refund of maybe $20 and nothing and like I will find an identical cushion as a result I have the chair set without a cushion and 0 refund bad experience

Very comfortable and price is very competitive

I needed to replace some wicker rocker chairs for my front porck and wanted something more durable. These rocker chairs fit the bill perfectly They are comfortable and reasonably priced. There was some difficulty with assembly on both chairs but I am fortunate to have a very handy husband. He was able to drill larger holes so that they lined up. If your not handy you might get a bit frustrated and assembly was pretty pricely.

Missing Hardware!!

I really like the swivel chairs and the price was right. However, I bought 2 set of chairs (4chairs) and only received one set of hardware. One of the boxes had a hole in the side where the hardware should have been. That’s crazy that someone would take the hardware out! Not happy that I have to delay my project to wait on hardware that should have been included. Still waiting on the hardware.

Shoddy welds, chipped paint & rust out of box

Item arrived with boxes torn up, multiple places where paint is chipped & missing, a couple really bad welds, 2 chairs that rock & one arm is welded crooked & I’ve had it outside for 4 days & already rusting. I’m super disappointed but I paid someone to assemble so do I pay to have it taken bk apart & deal with returning etc now?
