Chairs were relatively easy to assemble. Most metal chairs and accessories these days seem to have what they call a "powder coat". Before assembly I spray painted all metal parts with a Rust-oleum flat black for better and longer weather protection. I removed the plastic caps from the feet and did not use the caps provided for the four nuts. It just seemed to me these would trap moisture. I would have given 5 stars except for the color
I ordered these in red. There were 3 colors listed. Red, Blue and tan. I wanted the red. What I got was some kind of rusty orange brown that is not even close to red. It was delivered promptly, the chairs are nice, cushions nice, and it is a sturdy and comfortable chair. It was very easy to assemble, just 2 washers and nuts per chair. But it is a dull orange, not red. I will live with the color for now, as I needed them for a a daily vacation rental, but they won't match anything else ...

Super comfortable
These are very high quality, well-built chairs. Fell in love with them as soon as we sat in them in the store. Problem is, they sell out fast. Purchased the last two available at our local store and then had to search far and wide to find two more. Drove almost 100 miles away to get them. Snap them up if you can! If you aren't too rough in handling them and avoid scratching the powder coated paint, I think they will last a very long time without problems. The cushion fabric is also pretty high ...

The San Terra set is the best!
I love these chairs, and also the small tables and firepit that goes with the set. I bought 4 of them last year and bought 2 more this year as soon as I saw them on the site. They are so comfortable, cushions are comfy and durable, the chairs have some movement to them and they are really a perfect place to relax outside. They come 2 to a box and it's a BIG box - be aware you'll likely need a pickup to retrieve them, or a big SUV.

These chairs do look beautiful. They are more of a burnt orange color, which we love. The cushions are very lightweight and do not have tie downs. Ours blew off the chairs, but, fortunately, the chairs are on a porch so we didn’t have to chase after them. If you plan on putting them outdoors, be aware that the cushions will blow away. You should find a way to secure them to the chairs.
Misrepresented color. It is brown, not red.
Chairs ate very comfortable for tall people. We love that . The color is NOT red. I was very disappointed that the cushions are actually more brown than red. I do not own anything brown and I couldn’t find any other cushions that fit in Sunbrella. I would pay a lot more for Sunbrella RED . If we had that I give it 5 stars.

The chair base seems well made and sturdy. The bottom cushions are comfortable however the back cushions are very over stuffed which would be great unless you have back issues. I will have to see how they hold up over time. We keep the cushions in a deck box when not in use so hopefully this will help to extend their life. Overall it's a good buy. They are attractive and really add to the overall appearance of our deck.

Nice chairs--just inspect before accepting
Love the comfort and style of the chairs. What we didn't care for is that one cushion came with a rip in it--should never have been shipped. BUT, they local store here made good on it by giving us a "damaged goods" refund. It would have been a huge hassle to have to repackage and return these these. Other than that, they are really nice.

Sooo comfy!!! I love these chairs!! I didn’t give them 5 stars just because Lowe’s come on the box was all crappy not sealed and when I went to put the chairs together it was missing the hardware. I found two nuts I had here at the house and the following week when I had the chance I ran to Lowe’s and bought two nuts for the other chair. I wasn’t happy about that. It was an inconvenience.

Comfy and look great
These chairs are very comfortable and look great on my new patio. Two things that bothered me about the chairs. One, the cushions slide on the chairs as you sit on them and two, during the first rain on these chairs drops of rusty water were dripping from the chair on my new paver patio. Doesn't change my rating but I wish I would have known this.
