It is a love hate relationship. I bought 4 chairs, 3 had defects. One I fixed the other two I exchanged for two more. I was surprised that I could return the chairs with basically no questions asked and partially built. One of the ones I received was great the other had slight defect which I fixed. Very disappointed in finish
Bought a set of 4 (two boxes of two chairs) from two different Lowes locations. Unpacked and I left all of the protective cardboard/foam on while I assembled to keep from getting nicked. Immediately noticed that the quality was pretty sub-mar on the welds and that the top cross piece appeared to be hammered into place on all 4 chairs. Some flaws, but they'll do
These chairs are fairly heavy and sturdy looking, and comfortable to sit in. There were a few small scratches in the black finish, but a few spurts of black Rustoleum paint seemed to take care of that. One of the chairs is tilted a little to one side, so apparently something is bent in the supporting stand. It's noticeable, but just barely. We just rotate the chair so that it isn't noticeable (i.e., now it tilts front or back, as opposed to side to side). It's minor and didn't seem to warrant th...
Beware or sharp edges. Bad welds.
Chairs are attractive and comfortable, but the quality of the construction of them is terrible! They are meant to be nice and smooth. All the joints are welded and then painted. Well the welds must have been done by the new guy on a payday Friday after a couple drinks at lunch! Nothing was ground well at all. Sharp edges all over. I cut my finger on one armrest. I sanded and repainted all the corners. I would have returned them, but with a Covid summer, nothing is available to replace them.

I was excited when I received the chairs as they are quite heavy so won’t blow around on our deck. They look really nice and are quite comfortable. I would have given 5 stars but there were small scratches on the arms. After putting them together, and they are pretty heavy, instead of returning we put a small amount of Rustoleum on the scratches and kept them. Sub-par material
These chairs look just as pictured but I do want to warn others that they do rust very quickly. I haven’t had these for even a year yet and some of them are rusting on the handles and base. I keep them covered since I live in NYC and I was shocked to see the condition of these when I took them off. Would not recommend.

Nice chairs, comfortable, but arrived with some scratches on the arms which had to be painted over - they started to rust after the first rain where they were scratched. Found out after they were floor model which I was not aware since i ordered new online and paid full price, didn't offer any discount later, due to back order not knowing when I would get replacement I kept them. Metal paint did the trick
Lots of Imperfections
Out of the four chairs that were purchased, all four had some imperfections. It's obvious that some were from the production process, but the main issues were the scratches on the chairs. The scratches were under the cardboard wrapping, so they were wrapped that way. One of the brackets also arrived completely crooked. Not satisfied. It's a shame because it really is a pretty set.

Beautiful, comfortable, sturdy chairs
Great value for medium price range. Like the look the chairs and table set. Easy to assemble. Protected well in shipping box. Love the way the chair swivels and just a little rocker but with good support. Purchased a quality umbrella and stand separately that work well with the table. Standard one and a half inch hole for umbrella in center of table. Comes with metal hole cover if not using umbrella.

Super Comfy Chairs
I would have given these a 5, but the tools that came with this set didn't work. Had 2 people try i(other than myself) and everyone failed miserably. Needed a socket wrench to do the job, but once we had the right tool, it was easy to put together. I like that they swivel and rock. WOuld highly recommend, since they are very affordable for a nice set of chairs.
