Great product - couple of caveats when assembling
Overall a very nice product. The glider is nice and the table is sturdy. The description says the color of the fabric is gray. It's technically the same color as the other Melrose pieces - off-white. So, if you have the chairs - or are looking at the chairs in-person, this is the same color. I believe there is some discrepancy in the color naming (gray and off-white appear the be the same). When assembling the gliding chair, a couple things to note: 1. Do not tighten any of the bolts until it...

It would br a pretty good product if manufacturer would spend lots more time on fit and finish, the bench has niether. I called you guys about the seat part it is defective will not line up with both sides. Need new seat section nobody got back with me on this problem so i have spent 212.00 . For scrap. And also this iyem was bought as a brand new item, but someone had owned and tried to put together, scratches don't lie. So i get an opened box mess. Highly unsatified does not deserve a 3.

Tricky to put together but looks great!
I like the set now that it is put together. However putting it together was very tricky and I definitely did require help to put it together. You will need someone to hold the pieces of the glider together while you bolt it together. Keep all of your bolts very loose until you get them all in otherwise your holes will not line up.

Nothing lined up
The one I received was impossible to assemble. Nothing lined up. The directions were horrible. A few pictures that were very difficult to decipher. I ended up returning it and purchasing a different set from a different company. I’m hoping it was just this set that was messed up, but I wasn’t willing to take a chance.

Be careful
Simple and elegant but came damaged which was reported on other reviews but took a chance. Glider squeaked within 2 weeks use . Still trying to get a refund. No one answers the phone or returns messafges at local customer service dept. Delivery person was rude. Lowes has really deteriorated

This item was delivered to my home scratched and metal pieces broken. After a lenghty process I reorder it because I already had the matching chairs. It took hours to put together because the holes for the (bent) screws did not line up and the directions were unclear.
Some fabrication required...
The product is a simple no-frills chair for the deck, which fits the purpose of the purchase. However, if the assembler has to drill new pilot holes to actually line up some of the bolts for successful assembly... I give it a 1 star.

It is a simple 2 person chair that is inexpensive and serves a basic purpose. However, due to errors at the assembly plant (China), I had to drill pilot holes to successfully assemble. To me... that is unacceptable.

Good overall quality. My only gripe is it is a pain to put together. Bolt holes don't line up on the glider. Ended up having to leave out one in the seat that was off by almost an inch.

Top (welded) rail cap cracked / split sticking out like a rounded knife! No easy fix Back support very upright, no adjustment for comfort I suppose it’s a perfect chair for any unwelcomed company
