The first one we bought arrived damaged. The front panel wasn't attached. We ordered a second one, also damaged, but usable. This one is scratched on the frame. I looked at reviews and saw an email I could use to contact the manufacturer, and they said they can replace the doors, but one of the scratches wasn't on the doors. Overall happy with this item. It was delivered in good condition. The fact that the top and the base were separate made it easy to maneuver into place. One problem with the design that I want to point out. (Ours is the 60" with 2 sinks.) Drawers are located inside the end doors. However, that's where the sinks are, so the drawers interfere with the plumbing. We ended up moving the 2 top drawers to the center, which was just empty space. Should have been designed this way.

The entire thing looks used and abused
The whole vanity is damaged, aside from the sink. The bottom panel came busted off on one side. There's a 5-6 inch scratch on one side. They damaged the predrilled hole for the hinges when installing them for the left side door. They didn't install the top panel correctly on the left side. The whole thing is a disaster. I called their customer service, and the only thing they reccomend is I load this thing back up and take it all the way back to Lowe's. Meanwhile, I am midway through remodel ...

I ordered this online was excited to get it but it was open and damaged so I didn’t accept the delivery so disappointed hopefully Lows do the right thing and give me a refund and some kind of compensation for my time I waited a while for this and I just wasted my time!

Sink is very shallow
It doesn't really show a picture of the top online and probably for good reason the sink is incredibly shallow, less than 6 in. So you can't turn the water on in the sink full blast then if you try to wash your hands unless you're touching the bottom of the sink water is going to go everywhere. I guess it's okay for if you're going to sell a house but for practical purposes the sink is not something you want to use.

Uneven paneling
Everything on this vanity wasn't put together right. The back panel to rest the sink on was uneven, and your supposed to put glue for the sink on it. The bottom front panel was too high, so the doors are rubbing on it even after adjusting them. The holes for one of the doors is off.

arrived in fair condition
when they delivered the product at the home on the pallet they made no noise or anything to let us know that they were out there unloading it the box was covered with grease and not supposed to use forklifts on it and it had forklift holes through the top and bottom of the vanity box and the top had a scratch on it and the vanity itself had a few scratches on it too but they're out of the way so I can live with them

Terrible service in store so I ordered online. Part was delivered on the date they said but it was locked up in a container in back. (re-scheduled plumber) Showed up next day to pick up but it was still in back and they could not tell me how long the wait is. Damaged top
Top came damaged. I tried to get a replacement top but no one was able to help. Returning was not an option with the unit being 200lb. I got a 60 dollar discount which is only a fraction of what purchasing a new top would cost. I would otherwise be ok with this purchase if a replacement was sent, but the inability to resolve the issue makes this a 1 star.

Watch the depth.
Be aware that the wider the cabinet, the deeper the cabinet. The store display (an 18" wide unit) is 16.5 " deep, which is what I needed and thought I ordered in the 30" wide unit. In reality, it was 19" deep.
