Comfy but Wobbly

This set is comfortable and looks good. I love the fact that it does not have cushions that will need to be replaced or will blow away and yet it still comfy.... However, not sure if its the product its self or the person who assembled it (I paid an extra $40 for assembly, but 3 out of the 4 pieces do not sit level. The table and the chairs each have 1 leg shorter then the others so they all wobble no mater where i put them on the back patio. If I had a way to return it I would.

Inspection of product BEFORE delivery

Love the product but it was the installation of the product that was the problem. Paid $40 for furniture to be put together. Did not realize the installer had stripped the bolts on the one chair. Had already agreed to a discount due to loose chair and piece of wicker broken off. When my son went to screw in bolts he discovered the bolts were stripped. Too late to exchange out. Don’t hesitate to buy this!

My husband and I saw this set on display at Lowe’s. Was interested but decided to think about it. I went on line a few days later and it was $100 off so I ordered it. Best purchase I ever made! I am so in love with this furniture. It is so comfortable. Don’t let the look deceive you. Looks great on my porch and it’s my new happy place! Easy to put together. Grab a set while you can!

Doesn’t hold onto water

I wish parts were labeled. I’ve only had this set 1 week but have had 3 very big rain storms. I was worried the inside would hold water. It doesn’t. What a pleasant surprise. It took two of people to assemble because there was nothing labeled. Oh, and pay attention to the 2 different hardware packages. The table didn’t lay even, but a little twisting fixed that. All in all, I’m happy with it.

Comfortable and No Need For Removable Cushions

Reasonably priced (pre-tarifs) furniture and fit our requirement not having to store cushions while still having comfortable decent looking furniture. Will add some accent pillows that will provide greater lumbar support, but they aren't needed. Hardware appears to be well made. Webbing has a few small spaces where brown cushioning material shows through on very close inspection, but not to the general user. Hoping the quick dry cushioning is for real. Solid patio conversation set at modest cost

Quite comfortable. So far seems solid (we had the store assemble it - all four assembled pieces fit into two compact SUVs). We like that we don't have to deal with separate cushions - the seats are designed for rain to flow through (though ours is mostly under cover, it does take a while for the seat to dry out). .Assembly Hint: turn the empty box upside down to use as workbench. Also keep the two larger cardboard packing pieces for elevating seat for back installation. Hardware was exactly as needed and two provided tools did the job. On the Lovseat Bottom and back there are two screws that are somewhat difficult to access so install them first. Soft & supportive with simple style

Purchased as a floor model at a very nice discount. Plastic ratan has a few breaks that we will need to fix - hope I am up to the task! The set fits nicely on our front deck and the color/style blends well with our entry. The seats are very comfortable and fit shorter legged bodies nicely. the wicker and the spring system provides a soft yet supportive sitting experience. 4 piece wicker set needing clear instructions.

Fairport 4 piece wicker patio instructions or lack thereof! The instructions from China are AWFUL!!! None of the pieces are labeled. There are multiple pieces and it is difficult trying to figure out what goes where. So far, two pieces are together and two more to go. It took us quite awhile to figure out how the two went together. It is a nice set, but Lowes should demand from the manufactures to label and give clear instructions with their products. Even the pictures were bad.
