Bolts Too Small to Fasten Arms to Chair

I bought 4 chairs (boxed in pairs). The first two chairs, I was able to assemble in 15 minutes without any problems. The dining table was easy to assemble (10 minutes to put together). The remaining two chairs (in the second box) contained (what appeared to be the same size bolts as the first box of chairs that I just assembled); however the provided bolts were not long enough to fasten the arms to the chairs. I spent an hour trying to assemble the last set of chairs to no avail.

Nice Chairs

Bought 3 sets of 2 ea. The chairs seem nice but that will remain to be seen. During assembly, the "small " bolts to the arms are too short. 2 of the "small" bolts for the arms stripped the threads in the chairs. I had to assemble without washers.

Description misleading

The description says 5 piece set. But it is only 3 pieces, table and 2 chairs. And then there is no where to order 2 more chairs. Who wants a table that size with only 2 chairs? If I would not have read reviews and specifications, I would have ordered and been sadly disappointed. Then angry to have to return it.

Bolts not correct for chairs

None of the bolts fit in the top of the arms. We’ve been working on two chairs for two hours. The bolts are too short!

Horrible frontline Supervisor

Front line supervisor is rude and condescending. Argued with me over my order and the online price stating your stores are not required to honor online pricing. I will drive out of my way to purchase what I need from your competitor whenever possible.

Ordered 5 piece set, only got 3 pieces

I ordered what was advertised as a 5 piece set, the picture shows 5 pieces. Only comes with 3 pieces. After clicking on other sets, they seem to include the correct number of items. Why doesn’t this one?

Nice stylish set

I purchased this set the table and four chairs. Received on April 1st and used for the first time on Mothers Day. Noticed that one of the corners and the table was starting to rust and the slats were separating. Went to Lowe's and they won't take the return since it is over 30 days and they can't seem to find out who the manufacturer is. These chairs are well made and look great with the matching table. They have a gray sling fabric, the steel frame has black coated powder to keep looking nice, the wood on the arms looks real (matches top of square table), safe for up to 225# and best of all it swivels 360 degrees. Nice and Comfortable Swivel Patio Chairs

These are the perfect patio chair as they are very easy to put together come in a classic color and are durable enough to last being outside. These came very nicely packaged and nothing was damaged even though the box was a bit beat up. The chairs were easy to put together and once done were very comfortable and nice to sit in. Comfortable chairs and easy to swivel, no rock

These are very comfortable and swivel nicely, however they do not really rock (which they aren't supposed to). The swivel bases have sturdy looking feet. The assembly was very difficult at first because of a part I didn't realize would rotate to fit the instructions. Good design was used to error proof the assembly, very nice.
