Poor quality and replacement parts

I bought this table less than two years ago. I have to of the legs that are cracked down the front and rusted out. I tried to buy replacement parts but they are no longer available online with Lowe’s nor anywhere else. Customer service wasn’t helpful either as Lowe’s sent me to the manufacturer and when I called them they told me to contact Lowe’s and could not help me. I will jot purchase another product from Lowe’s.

Do not buy this Elliot Creek Rectangle outdoor set

This product was damaged out of the box. There are scratches on the table that will rust. The hex head screws striped out using the provided allen wrench. The paint coat is thin and the tiles do not sit well they wobble and are not even with the table top. I did return this cheap patio set and got a refund. VERY HEAVY and easily damaged in shipment.

Well-made, elegant, heavy (like you want and need). Trucking bill of lading claims 141 pounds shipping weight. That seems heavy, but this is a heavy table. But two people can pick it up and move it. It has six panel inserts in the top. I supposed this was designed this way so they could be taken out for cleaning or for storms & high wind condition (when the table could likely be turned over). Rusting within a few months! Looks are good!

When my glass patio table shattered late in July finding a new one that met my requirements and was not too costly was not easy. I found this table on line, attractive and in my price range. Great price, not so heavy that you'd have any difficulty moving it around on a deck Easy to assemble. I'd give it 5 stars, but I took a half a star off because the inlaid ceramic pieces are held in place with gravity only. Beautiful table, but already rusting

I ordered the entire patio set (in different orders due to things coming/going in and out of stock). I ordered this table and when it came the entire frame of the top of the table was bent in an arc, so the legs wouldn't fit and the tiles had no hope of sitting stably in the frame. Returned the table no problem and ordered another (actually two more, incase something was wrong with the next one). The second table came and had absolutely no problems! Do not buy this table set

It would make sense to make water/rust proofing materials to call it “OUTDOOR” patio set. But table top and many parts of the chairs started to rust after a few months. What a disappointment. If you’re not keeping this in a covered areas with no rain or water touching it maybe you’re lucky enough not to see rust. Or spray the entire area with anti-rust coating the moment you take them out of the box. With that I’d rather spend a little bit more money and get a better made one.

Badly made.

This table is very badly constructed at the factory. When we received the original delivery we discovered that the tabletop was welded out of square and dented but shipped anyway. Because of the frame being out of square the ceramic tile inserts would not fit in the frame. Also the secondary frame to hold the umbrella pole was not aligned with the umbrella hole in the tabletop. The table arrived used and damaged. I ordered this to replace the first table I purchased where the metal tabs holding the tiles were uneven. The second table was delivered by Lowes. It arrived assembled even though i didnt request it to be. Upon closer inspection it appeared to be used or a display item. It had rust coming out of one of the holes in the table frame.
