Be leary of purchases that require delivery

My main issue is with the Freight company. The tracking tool is worthless. Ordered the chairs on February 3 and could track to February 12 and then nothing until they arrived on FwbruRY 18. When they arived the box was battered and one of the chairs legs was bent. Very comfortable chairs

I was looking for comfortable dining chairs to put around our patio table, and these chairs are perfect. I wanted stackable chairs so that we can stack them in the shed in the winter, but I also wanted all-metal chairs so that we can leave them outside in the nice weather without worrying about them. Cushions are falling apart

I drove to Amarillo TX from Denver to pick up these chairs so the set would be complete. There was no indication or delivery information in the Co stores. I have never had such poor quality cushions before. Almost Perfect

I love these, they're very comfortable and look really nice, I love the pattern on the back. My issue is that two of the four chairs have an uneven leg so they wobble a bit any time you move. Not the end of the world, just a little annoying.. Damaged Chairs

We like the chairs but 2 of 4 were damaged. It’s hard to imagine they were damaged in transit because of how they were packed. Lowes returns involves a super long wait on the phone (no joy from the online chat) where they’ll tell you to pack up the whole thing and ship it back. Damaged Chair

The chairs are good aluminum chairs that are light weight. we had heavier lawn chairs, but these are much easier fir some of our older neighbors to move around. The cushions could be a little thicker, but not bad. I open the packaging and the top chair was scuffed up on the arms from the container. poor quality - started rusting after a few weeks

Bought the Style Selections Elliot Creek chairs and table a few weeks back during and end of summer clearance sale. The chairs are very low quality. The welds are rough and have lots of weld spray. I cut my finger while picking up a chair to move today. Also, the joints have already started to rust and they they have only been outside for three weeks.

Busted chair delivered, and Lowe's declined to fix

One of the stackable chairs arrived bent, and multiple attempts to ask Lowe's to fix went unfulfilled. They kept trying to push me to contacting the company that made the chairs (Style Selections) but there isn't any easy way to find that company online. Now the chairs are out of stock, and I don't want to return all 4.

Look great, easy to assemble but... rusted quickly

I purchased these chairs along with the dining table (Item #: 1099833 | Model #: 790.130.004) this past month via Lowes online and had the items delivered to my home.
