Poor cushion quality

I was excited about this patio set, but the cushion quality is disappointing. After just a few uses (always stored indoors when not in use), I removed the covers to wash them and found loose threads everywhere. After a gentle wash and air dry, I discovered the cushions had raw, unsurged edges. One cushion had a hole from unraveling seams, and the zipper on another broke while putting the cover back on. For the price, I expected better. Would not recommend if you're looking for durability.

Relatively easy to put together. Cushions are a bit flimsy. Will have to put them away after every use or they won’t last two seasons- the sizes will make them a bit tricky to replace I foresee. Too many plastic pieces, which will fall off or wear quickly, eg. the leveling pieces on the feet will break soon I’m sure from sliding the chairs to move them. Don’t buy these chairs

My wife and I purchased these chairs in March 2022. They were put on an upstairs patio outside. We would use them periodically and just noticed that they are completely rusted out. I understand that there is a one-year warranty. But selling outdoor furniture that doesn’t last more than two years is a little ridiculous. The paint has completely faded, and both chairs are completely rusted. Do not buy this item.

Perfect chairs

I purchased two of these chairs for the sitting area on our deck- they coordinate with the swivel rockers that we have at the dining table. They are well made, solid, and have very comfortable cushions. Best of all, they allow a wide girth for larger guests- something difficult to find. Highly recommend. Of note, stainless steel, they can form rust spots so we inspect them yearly and touch up any nicks in the finish with a clear spray.

Pretty, Difficult Assemble, Rust Concerns

Just received these chairs and assembled. Assembly was horrible. The way they pack the parts is very time consuming to open and organize each labeled section to correctly assemble. This truly is a two person job. I did this by myself and it was not easy. The first chair is the hardest as the instructions are not step by step. They leave out a lot. Bad workmanship and quality.

I purchased the chairs and propane fire table as a set. The pieces look good the workmanship and quality was terrible. Upon assembly of the chairs there was welding material that dripped into many if the screw holes and the screws can not be inserted or screwed in completely. Not aluminum, and chairs bottom out

Two regrets: 1) The chairs rock, but they bottom-out (thud noise) if you rock back just 20 degrees. And I'm only a modest 190lbs guy... 2) For same price you can get other brands made of aluminum - I don't even live near the ocean/saltwater, but even in Wisconsin normal moisture eventually causes these cheap powder coated steel products to show rust after 5 years - do you want that on your deck, or to be bothered repainting them? Really Comfortable

These are amazingly comfortable outdoors chairs. Now I can really relax enjoying the outdoors for extended times without hurting my butt. As with all outdoor furniture that I have had, I wish there was a simple way to have an attachable cover for the chair seat/back when not in use to protect against bird droppings, morning dew, rain, etc. Just want to enjoy an early morning coffee outside with not fuss. These cushions absorb water

We live in Florida and have had four of these chairs for a few weeks now, unfortunately, when it rains, they really hold water for a long time, days and days. Our other sets that we have previously on dry out much more quickly anywhere from a few hours to a day. If you are going to store these cushions inside when not in use, they would be OK but if you plan to leave them out, they get way too soaked and don’t dry out quickly.

Damaged chairs

I ordered 2 sets of these chairs from Lowes. The first box was goid. Got the chairs together and they were great. When putting the next 2 chairs together one of the frames was bent. I took them back to Liwes and ordered a replacement set. They came Fedex and the box obviously had been opened before and had tons of tape holdinf it together.
