Installation

Nice chairs....but the installation is hard. You need 2 people (one to help hold). The nut doesn’t seem to fit. I’ve tried screwing it on with my finger and also with the tool it came with. So very hard...I can’t even twist it twice. Are these the correct size????? Very frustrating. Now I’ll have to go spend money to buy nuts that will fit. For me, this isn’t worth the hassle. Should have bought regular chairs.

The Chatham Metal Swivel Patio Chairs are amazing!

Got these for a patio conversation area. They're perfect! Very sturdy, super easy to assemble, chair and cushion are made with great quality materials, heavy duty. I love the swivel and rocking. I love these so much that i got 4 for conversation area and two for the dining table ends. Great color selections too. I'm very happy with my selection!

Not meant of the Patio!

I love the look of these chairs and they are very comfortable however I don’t like the fact that I’ve only had them for 30 days and they are drip RUST on my patio and the cushions after it rains. According to the manufacturer these chairs are not meant to be stored on a patio although they’re label as weather resistant patio chairs

Very nice chairs

Very easy to put together. The quality is great. We are very pleased with these chairs. I love that they are solid chairs unlike the previous sling swivel chairs we had that lasted only 4 years before the sling part wore out. The high cost and difficulty to replace the material in the sling chairs inspired us to purchase the Chatham set. We purchased 6 chairs and all arrived in perfect shape.

Functional and comfortable!

These chairs are sturdy, functional and comfortable. They look great too. The outdoor fabric on the cushions is a little rough against bare skin as others have noted but no one is sitting on these chairs naked. I really like these and I hope they stand up to extended use.

careful of cushions

I like the metal frames of the chairs and the swivel feature is cool too, but after 2 weeks of use the cushions are already developing a dip in the seat, to the point that when it rains, there is a little pool in the middle of the seat. The seats dry quickly

Poor quality. Defective paint and welds.

In addition to damage incurred by shipping, the chairs had bald spots everywhere in the powder-coated paint as if painted in a dirty facility and sloppy welding at the joints. Item was returned without even removing it from the box.

Sturdy, easy assembly, well packed.

Saw them in your store and ordered 4. 2 per box pretty heavy/bulky. Arrived intact with all hardware. cordless drill with 1/2” socket is the way to go. Took longer to unpack than assemble. We’re pleased with the fit, finish, looks, and comfort/stability.

Comfortable chairs

Very comfortable. The backs are angled to fit the curve of your back. We purchased two others and returned them because of the backs being so straight up and uncomfortable. One of the chairs was a little damaged, scratched. Lowe’s will be sending us another one when they get into stock.

Not for outdoor use...

I've had these chairs out on an uncovered deck for only a few days and they are already rusting. Do NOT buy these for use outdoors unless you plan to put them under a rainproof cover. I am VERY disappointed!
