I am glad I followed some tips from other reviewers, and here are mine. Here are some things I discovered that can help you in the install process. I have never done this before and had it done in about 20 minutes (actually 25 if you include the 5 min when I swapped out the bolts after the fact). Excellent toilet - excellent price

So far, I've bought and installed 4 of these (3 for me, 1 for mother-in-law), and they are great. Strong, quick flush, quick quiet fill (old one took minutes to refill, this one is done before I get back to bed). If you want more flush time, just hold the handle down 1 second, and it will more than suffice. Cheap hardware

This is a good value... But save yourself some future hassle. The included tank bolts are plated steel.These will rust in a short time (6 months) While you're buying this toilet, buy a pair of brass tank bolts. Check in the store with a magnet. If steel pass them by. Otherwise the toilet is a good value for $99

Great improvement

Best $99 I ever spent

For the price there is no downside and I can kick myself for not getting one sooner. I'm over 6 ft tall and the seat height makes 's "the whole process" a lot easier on the knees and back. A very simple install but keep two things in mind. One: the connection from your water supply to the tank is going to be 3 to 4" further, so maybe invest in a braided supply line. After reading all the reviews (some of them twice) I purchased two toilets for my home. The second one was installed in less than 30 minutes, while the first took a little longer (I had to read the instructions). I am amazed with how well this toilet works with less water. I read a lot of reviews for toilets that were up to $200 and decided on this one because of the reviews, the price, and the many references to how well consumer reports rated it.
