In 2021, my wife and I wanted a unique patio set that didn't look like it came from a box store. We were very fond of these two standalone chairs and the love seat. In 2022, we added a dog to our family and since then it's been horrendous trying to keep these clean. Last year, I found they make the darker cushions, but just like with everyone else who called, I could not get my hands on them. We considered purchasing a new set with the dark cushions, but opted out. Now with Spring and Summer app...
I love these chairs BUT
I have a set of these chairs and a conversation set with a small couch. I have had them for going on 6 years and need new CUSHIONS! Why didn't I think about this before I wasted money. You should make replacements available and your products more sustainable!! What a waste to fill a landfill with perfectly fine patio furniture because you can't replace the cushions!! SO DISAPPOINTED!! Not everything needs to be thrown away after 5 years. Do Better!!

I absolutely love these chairs. So much so, I bought a second set for the other side of my front porch. Comfortable, sturdy a very good quality. As for all the folks saying replacement cushions are unavailable... I bring my cushions in and out to keep them looking new. A small hassle but worth it to keep them looking nice. Also, you have the form/foam--how about making your own replacement covers or having someone to do it?
Loved/Hated/Love again..found cushions
Cushion Hack....I bought these chairs back in 23. I live out of town and should of known better but within a few days the flies crapped all over the beautiful white cushions that came with my chairs. I tried to no avail to clean them but they were never the same. Then my outdoor cats claimed them the rest of the summer. Their hair stuck so bad that in rendered the chairs useless. These are wonderful chairs. They are not only super sharp looking, but also super comfy! We bought two in 2020, and after sitting in the Florida sun for 6 years, it was time to get new patio chairs. We were thrilled we could get the exact same ones!

Custom cushions can’t be replaced
You cannot purchase replacement cushions for these chairs. I called customer service 2 years in a row and they were not available the first year, then no longer being sold the next year. Now I just have to take the losses and get rid of the chairs.

We ordered this as part of the Avery Station Conversation Set after seeing it in the store. The set came with free delivery. Delivery went well. Lowe's delivery personnel were very courteous and efficient. They communicated well throughout their delivery day so I knew just when they would arrive. Replacement Cushions Found!
After reading reviews that people couldnt find replacement cushions, I wanted to post that we finally found how to order them! We called Lowes Support 877-888-8225 and requested to order two back cushions and two seat cushions for these chairs. The operator was able to locate them and process an order for the cushion replacements for me. Love But Disappointed NO replacement cushions
I LOVE the look and durability of the chair frames, however wish I would have bought something else due to not being able to purchase replacement cushions anywhere to fit. The covers are not removable to wash and not easy to clean. No luck finding any cushions to replace with.
