Damage item

This item was poorly packed for shipment, the box was flimsy and bent. Long story short, the base was broken at both ends, cracked during delivery. Strangely, it was cracked at the edges under the packing foam. They only use foam in the four corners. Called Lowe’s and the store to find a solution but the solution was not accommodating. I will have to drive an hour to return it. Wasted time and money

Wrong size

It's currently being installed. Ordered 32 inch shower while at the store and received 30 inch. The result was more work for the carpenter and additional expense for us. Disappointed. Couldn't wait to return and get correct size or we'd be without a bathroom for at least a month.

Nice mid grade easier option for DIY

Prefab so much easier than building out your own tiled shower floor. A little harder to install than I thought. Took a little more mortar and work to get it to set and feel sturdy. Nice overall, but definitely more flimsy feeling than an actual tiled shower floor. If I had time, wish I could have waited for a tile redi shower pan instead.

Damaged item delivered

This shower pan was delivered loose in the box with no protective packing materials and had been taped over a couple times as it appears it had already been returned to the store. There were two broken corners on this shower pan and one had been taped over with cellophane tape. I had to return this damaged item to your Milford Lowe's , which was a two hour drive, to obtain an undamaged item. I was very disappointed that this item was even loaded on the truck for delivery to my house.

Great shower with shelves

Very good product easy to install very durable and easy to clean I like the build in shelves especially for the teens in our life and just looks really nice and modern

the new shower pan has crack

opened the box and found the shower pan has a crack on the corner, and a lot of dirt in the box and on the pan. Wonder if this is someone's return. We have been waited for a few days for it to arrive. A paid contractor is here to install the door so we could not afford to wait to replace it. other than that the pan was okay to install.

Easy install, beautiful result

I guess I was one of the lucky ones. All three boxes that I picked up at my local store were pristine and undamaged. It was pretty straightforward to put in. Just make sure the base is level and set in adequate cement, and the walls are plumb. It is a beautiful, clean replacement for my old shower stall.

I love that it has a preformed slope so i didn't have to do any calculations to make sure it drained correctly. Just make sure its level and go

Order this twice and delayed dont buy

Order this twice because after a month of waiting for the first one it did not arrive. Order a second one and after 2 weeks it's still not here. They tell me they are unable to track it. Very disappointed since I already have the walls and am stuck waiting for this pan.
