Additional Pieces needed: 12-in X 36-in wood plank 4 - nuts 4 - bolts 8MM Allen Wrench Socket Wrench Step 1 First, place the Angles Flanges (675-206HC) evenly apart and mark the holes. Predrill then install the Angled Flanges using nuts and bolts Step 2 Cut the 36-in long pipe in half Slide the 18" pieces into the Angled Flanges attached to the wood piece then tighten set screws. Attach an Angled Flange open end of each 18" pipe then tighten set screws Step 3 Attach the Angled Flange to the ground using the appropriate screws for the appropriate substate.
