I'm 79 and disabled. When I went in for mulch, the nicest man went to get it for me so I wouldn't have to do all that walking to the section where it was. He brought it to the check out for me, then took it out and loaded it on the floor of the back seat, where a neighbor would be able to help me with it when I got home. The very nicest man!

Cost of Mulch

price on mulch was expensive compared to your competitors. Also you web site for the new location off Village Parkway was not available which was surprising. Also your sister stores had the same brand mulch at the same price as your competitors so why did you carry a different brand at a higher cost. Obviously you are not managing the new store competitvely.

Will never buy again

I purchase a pallet of this mulch and must say I am very disappointed. I was expecting premium mulch this is not what I got. There were large chunks of wood throughout every bag that hadn’t not been ground down. A lot of these big chunks only had color on one side. Very difficult to use in my landscaping. Also apparently there was some kind of weeds in the mulch as I have tall blade of grass like growing in it and I have landscaping fabric under it. Definitely will not buy again. Waste of money...

Worst Mulch

I purchased soooo much of this mulch while it was on sale at the beginning of the summer. I was instantly disappointed when spreading it and saw multiple large pieces - pieces about the size of my hand and full pinecones. Sadly, I think the larger size makes it difficult for it to do it's job of weed suppression because a few months after the fact there's weeds everywhere. I just wish the rewards program was more transparent. It is confusing to me and to the sales folks. No one is sure when to put in the credit and you have to pull it up on your phone. The grocery store gives you credit automatically. Why can’t Lowe’s?

Mulch not received

I’m not quite sure what is happening here but it states that I received my product and it was not delivered. 10 bags of Red Mulch to be exact. Either Lowes has messed up with my order or the delivery personal decide to keep it for their on DIY projects. If that’s the case it is beyond frustrating that people would stoop so low. DELIVERY ISSUES

I ordered 20 bags of the mulch to be delivered to my house. I had specified that the bags be placed inside the gate to the backyard. As you can see by the photos, they were placed in front of the garage door instead, which is not a far distance from the gate. Also two of the bags were torn, as seen on the pictures. This is not quality delivery service considering the $69 charge for it and I vehemently believe that the torn bags need to be replaced. I would appreciate it if a manager contacts...

Beautiful Black Mulch

Used the mulch to define the driveway then covered it with the mulch adhesive and it looks stunning. Waiting for the mulch to go on sale again so that I can complete the driveway and create car pads.

Two weeks after spreading mulch it rained for a couple of days and mulch lost its color. Very disappointing. It didn’t even last a few weeks with bright red color. It looks like it’s been on for months.

The pice went up substantially from last year. 3 of the 5 bags that I purchased had holes in the bag and I looked for good bags and finally gave up.
